Another brilliant book in this series! I absolutely loved Bear….he was such a sweetheart! And the nicknames they used for each other were so cute 🥰 I enjoyed the plot and even though I thought it was refreshing in the last book that the MC were more on the right side of the law, I have to admit that I also liked the fact that some of them are turning more into ‘bad boys’….what can I say? I’m a dark romance girlie at heart! Even though this had a little more violence throughout the book, it still didn’t take way from the sweetness and heartwarming personalities of the main characters, well actually all of the characters involved. I find myself so invested in this little world and absolutely cannot wait for the next story! Would definitely recommend…just make sure you check out the trigger warnings as this book deals with some pretty hard hitting things.

If you’re looking for a MC Romance with a surprise pregnancy, a multitude of lovable characters, a touch of heat, and a healthy helping of suspense with some dark subject matters and violence than this is the book for you. Bear has been acting more like his grizzly namesake than the teddy bear persona he typically is. After a chance meeting with Tessa, the woman of his dreams, things go awry and with nothing more than a name he has little hope of finding her again Luckily fate intercedes. After a horrible accident Bear meets Tessa again while she’s working as the doctor in his local hospital and, after settling a few misunderstandings, the two soon start up anew.
Wow! For a newish author these books keep knocking my socks off. This is book two in this MC series of former military men and women who were looking for the camaraderie they lost after military discharge when they formed their MC ( so not your typical MC characters). Both leads are smart adults ( not kids) with plenty of strength and fortitude as opposed to simpering fools. Their chemistry is super nova hot with a touch of tenderness. There are some really tough topics that are dealt with in this book, so get your tissues ready, but the fact that this Good Samaritan MC is not afraid to get their hands dirty is something that I love, since we all know that hands of justice can be slow. Even though this is the second in a series you do not need to read book one to enjoy this book but I highly recommend that you do. Fingers crossed that book three comes out soon and hopefully we get Scar’s book soon. I highly recommend this steamy MC romance. 5 stars. This was such a solid MC romance. There was a lot of attention on the club members and dynamics, which means the story wasn't rushed and flowed perfectly between all the different characters. I loved what MC stood for and the attention they have for mental health and being there for each other in every capacity, even in moments of life and death. I will say, read the trigger warnings well! This book dives into some pretty heavy material. I adored how easily and fast Bear fell, and how committed and sure he was about Tessa. I will admit the whole "cub and bear" thing took me a bit to get used to, but it grows on you, so stick with it. Overall, the book developed around the MC business and made for a solid romance with a great foundation between Tessa and Bear.

I seriously love this MC series. I believe it is mostly due to the development of the characters. Bear and Tessa are my favorite couple. With their meet cute to finding their way back to each other, they were suited for each other. Though the overarching issues this MC faces are dark and concerning, it does not take away from the main focus of the couple’s stories along with the main theme of brotherhood and family. Looking forward to the next in the series. And really looking forward to Scars story!

Well that was an epic journey into Bear and Tessa’s life. It’s action packed with drama and danger they face. I absolutely loved them together ❤️❤️❤️ The story was very entertaining and had me turning pages to find out what’s happening and what’s next. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎

Wow. Bear is absolutely adorable with his ‘Mama Bear’ and ‘cub’.🥹
You could see the improvement and growth that the author had just between this book and their first. Which I really appreciate.
I was a little disappointed that the smutty scenes were so tame, just because Bear had such a reputation beforehand. They Were both injured for a lot of the book though, so I get that it wasn’t feasible for most of it. But the beginning and end?..I would’ve really enjoyed seeing his kinky side come out.
Also. Can I just say. The sub plots of super dangerous shit happening to and around the club are extra dramatic in this series…like👀…the worst shit you could possibly think of, happens in these books..and from all different sides. It’s a tiny bit ridiculous, a whole lot sad, and pretty entertaining in a gruesome way.
I like it, though. I’m for sure reading Bulldog’s book. The characters just really have a hold on me.

I liked Bear as the fun uncle in Lucky but as a super protective boyfriend and papa bear in waiting he is awesome. To find his one night stand is now a Dr at the local hospital and is carrying his ‘cub’ was a surprise for them both.

The Bear family
Bear is a big ole softy 🥺 I'm still a huge fan of the family that the entire MC creates. Everyone looks after each other. There are many ups and downs through out the story and each obstacle the entire MC shows up to work through it.
This series gives all the feels of what it means to be a family.

Bear & Tessa weren’t looking for love they hooked up one night at a bar had fun and went there separate ways after some miscommunication on Bear’s part months later they found each other again this story had me crying and laughing it was amazing read need bk 3 know

One of the things about this book it talks about human trafficking and the trauma these girls and/or boys go through. It's heartbreaking. There are other characters in this story who are in danger and they lose one of their own, but happiness among the heartache.

Bear 🐻 and tessa
Bear 🐻 wasn't expecting to find the live of his life while doing a club run and after one night knew tessa was it dor him but while doing something he thought was sweet ended up getting wires grossed and tessa left 4 months later after making a decision to go out once again changes everything and ended up reuniting with tessa and is happy with the news of a cub but as alway MC love and life never runs smoothly so buck up for the up downs and love of the MC
The book is well written and enjoyable story line

Great MC story with two very interesting characters. Bear and Tessa are intense and everything goes astray with a complete misunderstanding. This is another MC series that will hold you throughout the book and you will want to get in touch with the other members as soon as possible. Great work.

Great second book in series
Another great book. I laughed, cried tears of sadness and happiness, got angry, and felt relieved. It was an emotional roller coaster. Finished it in one day - I just had to know how the book would end, but the entire story was a journey. I loved reading about all the characters from the first book “Lucky”, and following the characters from story to story is one of the reasons I love series. Elise did not disappoint.

A sweet and suspenseful story
I am really loving this series and its characters. Family means everything to this MC. The men finding their one , the strong and brave women who fall in love with them. The kids man oh man they are remarkable and brave as well. I felt tears well up for Bree and Angel and hoped they would be ok. Cannot wait for the next one.

Papa Bear
Papa Bear stole my heart. His devotion to Mama Bear and his cub from the jump is simply beautiful. The danger, new cousins, the mysterious circumstances, and the heartwrenchingly tragic things that happen keep you in all the feels throughout.

Bear may look as intimidating as a grizzly bear, but he is actually a great big, very protective, teddy bear. He is former military and a member of the Via Daemonia Motorcycle Club as well as a hospice nurse. Those medical skills come in handy not only with the club members, but also when a young sex trafficking victim is literally thrown into his path. His compassion, skill and take no prisoners attitude helped save Bree’s life. They also give him something in common with Tessa who is an ER doctor. I have to say that I love the possessive, very protective and smouldering side of Bear that he shows Tessa. I also like that he admits that it was his mistake that cost them time together after their first night together. His friendship and loyalty with his club brothers and especially Lucky is heartwarming. Bear’s easy way with kids certainly makes him a keeper in my opinion.
Tessa is a great match for Bear. After she gets over her initial assumptions about what it means to be part of an MC, she is allows herself to see Bear and the club members for who they really are…..family. One big, overprotective, frequently loud, and boisterous family. They may tease and goad each other, but they also support, defend and protect each other and those they care for unconditionally. Where he own family has shut her out and made her feel like an outsider, the club has taken her in and made her one of their family. Tessa is not only a dedicated doctor, she is also a resilient and stronger than she thinks warrior woman. She does everything she can to keep her baby safe after becoming an unwitting target of criminals because of her association with their victim. She also does her best to protect her patient, Bear and members of the club, not backing down in the face of danger.
I love the chemistry, the connection and the rapport that Bear and Tessa have between them. They clearly see and accept each other. They work as a team (or part of team) as they confront dangerous situations set in motion by ruthless criminals who don’t want their actions and work exposed. Their story is thrilling, action-packed and rather spicy. I definitely would recommend it and I am looking forward to reading more books about the Via Daemonia Motorcycle Club members.

I am loving this MC series so far. While the book is focused on the relationship between Bear and Tessa, I love that the other characters are featured so much and that there is some real development with them as well as the main characters. It amps up the 'found family' aspect of the MC club, from brothers to old ladies and children too. It's a community, and they turn up for each other, no matter what.
This book and the relationship begin with a one-night stand and a misunderstanding the next morning that sees both Bear and Tessa feeling like they've been abandoned, even though they secretly want more. Several months later, after a traumatic event, Bear is visiting the local hospital when he spots the attending nurse, who just so happens to be Tessa, and she happens to be very pregnant with his baby. I will say I found the whole Bear, Mama Bear, and Cub pet names very cute, and Bear is super protective from the very onset and so excited about being a daddy.
Tessa seemed to accept the whole MC life well. There are moments where she questions her own morals and thoughts about things that are happening, but her job as a doctor and having witnessed what she has makes her much more accepting of it all. She knows they aren't bad guys, and she trusts them all. She doesn't have the best relationship with her own family, so the whole found family aspect of the MC really appeals to her, and she fits in perfectly. She's curious but respectful.
In Lucky's book, the MC dealt with trafficking; now they've got something equally horrific to deal with, which includes a very badly injured 14-year-old who has been through some terrible things. The MC rallies around her though, and we get to see a lot more of the other characters, especially Angel, and I'm intrigued by her story and the possible connection with Cage. The situation with the young girl brings lots of threats and dangers to the MC's door, and it kept me on tenterhooks as they came together to deal with it.
I loved the pacing, twists and turns, laughs, love, and some tears too. I can't wait for the next book.

Elise Gedicke's second book in her Road Demons MC series is Bear. It's a surprise pregnancy romance that just gives you all the feels. There's sweet, hot, feisty, cute, happy, funny, sad, heartbreaking, tragic, and life rebuilding. For not being a 1%er MC and only for veterans it is still full of all the drama the outlaws give you.
Bear had to go on a run out of town to deliver a message for the club and the manwhore himself ended up finding the woman of his dreams at a bar he went to. After an amazing one night together, he went to get breakfast and she was gone when he came back. It drove him crazy for months, affecting his mood as his brothers and the honeys took notice. A spur of the moment decision to head to Pittsburgh got derailed when a young girl was thrown from a van. Being a nurse he helped her and went to the ER with her.
Tessa didn't think she would see Bear again after he snuck out of the hotel room but when she walked into her patient's room there he was. The first thing he notices is her baby bump. Bear is instantly committed and the girl he helped Bree has been taken in by the club under Angel's care. The people who threw Bree out of the van weren't done because she was still breathing. While caring for Bree, Bear and Tessa commit to each other and their new life together with their cub.
I gave this one a 4-star rating and a 4-spicy rating. Bear has been my favorite character since book 1 and this one just makes me love him even more. He's a giant teddy bear that can turn ferrous in a heartbeat. So much was happening in this book that included all the characters in the MC. It gave clues to possible future books love stories and of course the drama to come. Bulldogs book is next and I will be reading it for sure.

This book revolved around Bear. One night after he told one of the victims that her attacker was no longer around he went to a bar. He met Tessa there. She was at her sisters engagement party. But she didn’t really get along with her mom and sister. So she was at the bar drinking. They ended up going to his room at the hotel across the street. He got up in the morning to go get breakfast. He got back to the room and she was gone. He felt dumb for not leaving a note. He tried to find her but since he only knew her first name. One day months later he was riding his motorcycle and he saw a van throw something out of the moving vehicle. He stopped really quick when he got closer. It turns out it was a young girl. He called the ambulance and he saw that she had a bleed that he needed to stop. Once the ambulance got there he stayed with her. While waiting he called his friends to pick up his bike. He got to the hospital and he ran into Tessa. Needless to say they were both surprised. Tessa wanted to find him too and they had a conversation after about what happened. So much happened after that. Bree needed surgery and they didn’t know if she would survive. She needed to get her liver healthy and she ended up needed a kidney. Angel the only female member stayed with her the entire time she was in the hospital. Tessa was attacked at the hospital and on their way home they were run off the road. Really great book!! Can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

“Bear” has a pretty good life going. Or so he thinks. That all gets turned on its head when he has a chance meeting with Elise and they have one night together. The next morning, they both mistakenly think the other one up and left of them without getting any info on each other.
Bear can’t shake his mystery woman and trying to find her again when something unexpected happens right in front of Bear and he needs to get to the local hospital, imagine his surprise when the doctor he comes face to face with is his obsession and boy does she have a surprise for him!
Elise is right that Bear gives the world a tough, don’t mess with him, MC bada$$ vibe, but he’s actually just a big teddy bear.
I loved that he doesn’t question if he is the father of the child she is carrying and he goes all in with her from the start. He definitely falls first and harder and it’s a joy to see. It does take Elise a little bit more time to get there, but not much. When you know you found your person, why hold back.
The relationship grows while they try to figure out who is behind a human trafficking ring and shut it down for good as well as deal with whoever is trying to take them out before they can succeed.
It is a wild ride of romance, gruff MC members, suspenseful and steamy moments throughout.
This is book two, but is a standalone story. It was much more than I was expecting and I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed!
Bear can’t shake his mystery woman and trying to find her again when something unexpected happens right in front of Bear and he needs to get to the local hospital, imagine his surprise when the doctor he comes face to face with is his obsession and boy does she have a surprise for him!
Elise is right that Bear gives the world a tough, don’t mess with him, MC bada$$ vibe, but he’s actually just a big teddy bear.
I loved that he doesn’t question if he is the father of the child she is carrying and he goes all in with her from the start. He definitely falls first and harder and it’s a joy to see. It does take Elise a little bit more time to get there, but not much. When you know you found your person, why hold back.
The relationship grows while they try to figure out who is behind a human trafficking ring and shut it down for good as well as deal with whoever is trying to take them out before they can succeed.
It is a wild ride of romance, gruff MC members, suspenseful and steamy moments throughout.
This is book two, but is a standalone story. It was much more than I was expecting and I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed!

Bear is book two of the Via Daemonia Motorcycle Club Series.
Bear truly is a teddy bear. He is super protective of those he cares about and considers family, but he is super kind and funny to all of them. He is such a great character and someone you would want to have in your corner. Once he reconnects with Tessa, he knows they are going to be together forever. I loved how determined he was and wasn't going to let Tessa think he didn't want her. Tessa was a great match for Bear and they had a lot of chemistry together.
There was a lot of suspense in this book. The main couple gets into a lot of scrapes along the way, either together or apart. We get some of the storyline from the first book continued into this one, which causes some problems for the couple. There were a couple of different storylines which you think were all connected but were separate. This was just one unlucky couple who were at the centre of a lot of issues in the town.
This was a great addition to the series. We get to meet a few new characters which I believe will have a big impact on the future books. I can't wait to read the next book in the series.

We first met Bear in the first book, Lucky (which if you haven’t read, run and get it now). Bear is all about his brothers in the Via Daemonia MC and his niece and nephew. In Lucky’s book Bear is such a big hearted teddy bear, I couldn’t wait to see him get his HEA.
Elise Gedicke didn’t disappoint in telling Bear and Tessa’s story! A one night stand with some misunderstandings leads Bear and Tessa away from each other. Bear can’t forget about Tessa and Tessa was left with a cub to always remember Bear. Circumstances lead them back together again. Bear is not going to let his Mama Bear and cub get away a second time! When danger starts to close in, Papa Bear is going to do all in his power to protect Tessa and their cub!
It is hard to believe that this is only Elise Gedicke’s second book! I was captivated from the first page and couldn’t stop until I finished the book. I can’t wait to see what is next for the brothers of the Via Daemonia MC!

Oh my gosh! I am in this world of the Via Daemonica MC 100%!! This book was even more intense then the first one and pure fire!! I love these characters and the way the author has them interacting with each other. I don’t overly enjoy the storyline concept- because right now it’s dealing with sex traffickers and people who are just plain evil - but the MC is a group of men who are veterans and came home feeling lost and unaccounted. They created the club for camaraderie and a shared brotherhood with like minded people. They are also on the right side of the law and do good in their community - until they inadvertently uncover a sex trafficking ring. So ya, like I said, this was a super intense read that I just couldn’t put down! I read this book in one day!! Outstanding!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ / Spice meter: 🌶️🌶️ (light smut) With that said, I am super impressed with this author’s detail. There are so many characters and all so different. Bear and Tessa’s road to happiness is turned upside down when he has no choice but to help an innocent girl. This puts a target on Bear and Tessa. The dedication and loyalty this book contains is awe-inspiring. I would be giggling one second and fighting to hold in tears the next. I’m so happy I picked up this book! I did read it out of order but that’s okay because it’s a standalone and doesn’t end on a cliffhanger. I can’t wait to read the others stories! Hands down, amazing job Elise!

Bear had met Tessa whilst out of town they had spent hours talking whilst she accompanied her selfish younger sister on her bridal shower. They spent a wonderful night together and whilst he had gone out to get them breakfast she had disappeared, he kicked himself for not leaving a note so she knew where he was.
Some three months later he had spotted her and she had a baby bump ?
This is acutely heart wrenching read in parts and in others show the family of club members coming forward to help each other.....
I am looking forward to the next book in this series

I love Bear and Tessa! These two have quite a story to tell and it all stems from a misunderstanding! This author brings us a great, chaotic, intense, dramatic story that pulls us through the pages and along for the ride. This book is absolutely fantastic and im excited for more of this series. I can't tell you why but for whatever reason im completely taken with Scar and really hope he gets a book too. There's sensitive topics so check the TW before you start.

This story was extremely emotional from the start for me, tissue box required. I loved the story of Bear and Tessa, how loving and protective he was toward her. He tried his best to protect her. What happened to Bree almost broke my heart, this story was non stop action, romance and crazy since the beginning. I hope we get Scar's story his is going to good. Elise Gedicke knows how to pull your heartstrings and keep you on the edge of your seat. She is one of my favorite new authors. Excited to see where she takes this series.

This is the 2nd book in the "Daemonia Motorcycle Club" series. This isn't my typical dark Motorcycle romance but it was a very nice surprise. This brings you through the softer sweeter side of things. There are some times where things get slightly dark but all in all it is more romance.
Bear is a big old teddy bear when it comes to Momma Bear and his cub. Which I definitely foresaw with him being the fun loving uncle from Lucky. I wish we got to see the dirtier side to Bear but things stayed pretty mild. Needless to say this book is a very good read.
