Japanese author (香月美夜)

Kazuki started writing novels when she was in her second year of junior high school. After taking an entrance exam, she entered into a national university before graduating and becoming busy with work, stopping her from writing. Once she was married and her child entered kindergarten, Kazuki had more free time, which she used to start writing again. From 2013 onwards, she started publishing her novel Ascendance of a Bookworm on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō which saw success. In 2015, she officially debuted with said series under the T.O. Books imprint.

This is so not worth it and I enjoyed every word and have no regrets. I got a short story and the back manga, and a description of the recording of the audio version in Japanese, which I am vague on because it’s not a format that makes it to English. I think it’s like a full cast audio?

The hard part with the fan books is that it has only one short story in it. It is more about having a collection of the artwork and art concepts, which is nice too. And the short story is nice since it gives some more explanation behind what it means when someone develops mana sensing. Which also helps explain what Rozemyne experienced when she developed it herself in Part 5 Vol. 11 and the significance behind who she was able to sense.

Many questions are answered in this book

So many questions are answered and learning more about how the drama cd came together was interesting. I still can’t believe there’s only one more light novel until the series is done. I wonder if there will be more short stories and fan books or if the manga will be the only thing coming out for AoaB…

Much like the previous fan books, some great art, an entertaining short story (this time on mana sensing and romance) and a long FAQ with a mix of interesting and less interesting questions. It exactly what I expected, so a good read for a fan, but not necessary for the story.
