Wonderful Info for the Curious
I have always wondered about witchcraft. This book explains the basics in an easy to read format. The author gives you a quiz and guides you through the different types of witches. There are instructions for setting up your space and even some spells to get you going. Can’t wait to set up my alter!
Would definitely recommend this book to anyone who desires to know more.

Comprehensive review for new practitioners
Black does an excellent job of reviewing witchcraft for beginners. I particularly liked the quiz. There is so much confusing stuff out there and a new practitioner can easily get lost on others path. This book encourages people to find their own path and embrace it. For that, I am grateful.

I couldn't put it down!
I hadn't intended to read so much in the first sitting but I was so intrigued, first by the history of witchcraft details and then to do the quiz. I got confirmation instantly that my quiz result was on target. I'll be driving back in to absorb more

An excellent start
I’ve read a few books for beginners and this was my favorite thus far. It flowed well and was an easy and quick read. In fact, I was surprised to find myself at the end. It’s nice to have an understanding of what type of practice resonates most for me.

This book definitely gives some useful information for people just starting the path. The only downside is the book is really short. It left me expecting a little more.
