Alfie, everyone's favorite lactose intolerant Foxy sidekick, is getting his own story in Hung, part of the DNF series.
Alfie is a man in love the second he sees Georgie and quickly becomes as obsessed with her as he is with Pumpkin Spice lattes.
Georgie finds herself equally smitten by Alfie, but a little intimidated by the not so little thing in his pants. Come along for this goofy ride as they make it fit--I mean, work.
On the cringy scale, honest this one wasn't too bad. Or good honest Alfie was in my eyes a golden Retriever who was clumsy lol.
When he first met Georgie, he was sprung and fell and tripped lol lots of clumsy and blurt out random words. I laughed at his cheesy lines. They were cute together.
Most of the "cringy" lines were about the size of his dick. But it wasn't bad. It was pretty short. Also she does accidently trip and land on his dick 😆😆😆😆

This one was not nearly as cringey as the others I’ve read so far in the series! It was relatively normal with a handful of cringey euphemisms for body parts & products. But it’s mostly just an over-the-top spicy romance novella with lots of produce involved 🥒🍆🥕
Welp, we've begun this journey. I managed not to DNF this one, but WOWZERS this shiz was crazy! I'll be steadily working through this series and then posting about it on my instagram... please pop in and take a peek! It's sure to be as hilarious as the different words this MMC came up with for his dong!
I laughed so hard in the first 9 pages that I had to take a break from reading just to calm down. It's so ridiculously OTT that it's adorable. Second half wasn't as funny - but overall, still really cute/good.
Alfie literally "fell" in love at first site with coffee girl, Georgie. A ton of hilarity ensues, and some coke can dick action. Lots of fruits and other objects are used in the pursuit of orgasms. There is no shyness in the bedroom.
Seriously - look at the cover and title. Please don't expect romance with this. It's FUN - wtf are people criticizing it?! Idiots.
Again. Just kind of rating these against each other because they’re supposed to be cringe but I didn’t love the writing in this one? That’s crazy to say seeing as the subject matter was produce related but here we are…
I love this series, super cringy (they are exactly what they say they are trying to be), but so much fun! Let’s just say I’ll look at aubergines and cucumbers differently from now on!
Not only do I F*cking Love It, I LMFAO!!! Seriously!!! And as always ⭐️To Each Their Own⭐️ OMG 😳🫢😆😅🥹😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 poor Alfie “Boobs” AND Georgie’s like me…lol:
😎Love it when it’s in my lingo of expertise a ‘stick-thingy’ & ‘whatchamacallit’ 🤘🤟 These two found their ♾️ soulmates ♾️ , she’s a lucky gal💋😈🍆💦👻 and he’s a lucky lad😘
🙀😱😳 I gasped so hard with surprise at the end of chapter 5, my cats ran for safety!!!! DrAMa!!!!
Sorry, I had to look it up: 🦚🦚The term "peacock" is commonly used to refer to birds of both sexes. Technically, only males are peacocks. Females are peahens, and together, they are called peafowl🦚🦚 Re: Alfie: “I feel like a proud peacock having impressed the pretty lady peacock—peapussy?”🤣💚💚
4.5⭐️ okay so i needed something light hearted and funny to keep me awake during a 24hr readathon.
THIS hit the spot and gave me what i needed. so cringy and so funny. It was a nice short read and was packed full of events that cracked me up and had me second guessing what I was reading.
The author of this book captured the DNF idea perfectly cause if this was a REAL not intended to be funny and cringe book I absolutely would have DNFd it. It was just long enough for me to tolerate the cringe and want to finish it. If it was 100 pages or longer i’d probably have gotten tired of it so I think it was really great.
only reason it’s not 5 stars is because if i remember correctly he lied to her about what he did for work but then at the end it was like she actually knew what he did so maybe i missed a part where he told her what he actually does but whatever. 4.5 is still a good rating for this book.
I still have to read the others but Alfie SENT me to the orbit 🤣🤣🤣🤣 he is so fucking funny omg. It was definitely a bit cringe but I couldn't stop laughing 💀💀
This was probably the cringiest book I've ever read. This was so insanely OTT and entirely unpredictable because I was constantly in a trance unable to believe what I was actually reading. But I had so much fun. It was bad but the bad that makes you laugh so I can totally agree that it belongs in that DNF collection.
This chaos of a comedy just kept giving. And I'm not even wanna talk about the inappropriate use of vegetables and …items or the phrases that they used. Wild.
Who would've believed that Alfie from the Fox Family series would have delivered such a funny explosion and cringefest of a book.
Did I like it? It was fun. Would I reread it? Nah. Once is too much.
3 down, 10 to go. This book is currently my favourite. Alfie, the little golden retriever, is so adorable, and I love it. The book is 66 pages of awkward cuteness. Yeah, it's not cringeworthy at all, and definitely not worth dnf'in. It's about two oddballs having some unusual, smutty scenes and numerous cute moments. It was genuinely funny, and the cringe was contextually valid, making it a pleasant read. Wish it was a bit longer, but it kinda worked out. Now you might want to add that “not cringeworthy” is not the real point behind this series and if you look at the artistry behind, the ones that would make you want to dnf should be rated higher, but I genuinely liked these oddballs. I would even recommend this book for the aficionados of odd and cute-ish books.
