I'm a dad of two wonderful girls and a husband to a wonderful wife.
As a full time author I enjoy hours of writing and reading every day. I'm living the dream and I thank my lucky stars each day that I get to write fulltime. Please leave a review and tell a friend about my books, each one reviewed or sold is a boon towards my epic quest of staying fulltime.
I kept reading this series because I wanted to get to the end of the story. I thought the overall story\world was pretty good and had potential. I'm a little frustrated that there were three books out when I started and I thought that that would be it. It seems that we are left with a cliffhanger or maybe there's not going to be any more. I am glad that there are no more books when I'm finishing this one though. The main character is just a little too whiny for my taste haha. I had this on Audible and sometimes I would just let it play so that I could get to the next major plot part. If I was reading a book I would have flipped ahead when he got whiny.
Timothy McGowen has an incredible knack for worldbuilding, and this conclusion to the first part of Path of the Titans is no exception. We have followed Knox and his friends from normal townsfolk to, in Knox’s and ’s case, literal Titans. While this is merely the conclusion of the first part of this epic saga, it buttons up the series just enough to leave it at a satisfying hold.
Anybody who enjoys McGowen’s work should look into all of his series as the cosmic powers are all interconnected. I am excited to see him tie them all together.
