My favorite trope ayeeeeeee IYKYK!!

I’m so glad we got a follow up story with these two! Fluency and Syx were meant to be and a job in New Your nor Tootie’s plotting 🍑 could get in the way of that!

If this is what we can expect from this author in her other book then I’m locked in and need to see what else her catalog is all about!

Love beyond one night

Aww this was a cute read ❤️

This is not my favorite trope, because I always want the man/father to be like fk you 🤷🏾‍♀️ Clearly I have some issues, but I enjoyed this story.

After that one special night together, they both walked away without a piece of their heart. Two years later they are back in each other's orbit and this time ish is REAL complicated. Syx thought she was avoiding a messy situation, but she was actually creating one.

None the less I appreciated their growth and the connection and love was apparent. Good read.

Wow this second book is lit and it hit the right spot. I knew my girl baby was gonna be his baby and the other chick nope nope. I knew hers wasn’t cause she was acting too thirsty and wanting too much attention from different niggas. Sj gotta lot of butt to kiss to get her sister back. Imma still need an update on them please. U did good on yet another book and I’m looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and while eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read

I wanted all the tea!

So, the last time we saw our couple, they had a great night together and moved on to live separate lives. Our girl has been living her BEST life teaching dance in NYC!!

But recognizing that she needs to be closer to family she moves BACK to Chicago with her toddler.

Yup, her tryst resulted in a baby. But as stated in the first book and even her sister's book they don't want or like drama. Their childhood trauma has caused them both to disengage in situations that could make things uncomfortable or turn toxic.

Seeing how our guy was dealing with his crazy ex at the end of the story and word had gotten back to Syx she did just that. Disengaged and moved on a single mom.

I loved the reunion with these two. This was more emotional than spice, but it was there, and I was here for it and I love LOVED their HEA. So glad this couple got their follow up.

We Are Family

Wow, “we are family”! Well dang, clearly, Fluency & Syx are receptive to whatever their forever arrangements are 🤭. Meanwhile, Syx & Fluency 2: This Is Forever (This Ain’t Love Series - Book 14) was a good read. However, Fluency only needs two pages to make Syx a Mrs. Otherwise, mother & daughter will have identical life story’s 🤷🏾‍♀️!

I knew Tootie’s baby wasn’t going to belong to Fluency and I knew Fluency and Syx had created life during their one night of passion. I’m glad that they gave their relationship a chance because they’re an example of Alicia Keys song The Fire We Make! I want to know what’s up with Stuart and Sezn.
