Ohhhh man, that was effing amazing. Zaifyr pulled out all the stops as they wrote this series finale. I've also heard that people say that the series is funny, but not in the way of laughs, but more like the irony that something so mundane like a vacuum cleaner named Spot could be mistaken for a Demon or yes even a God with Void as a moniker. And yes Void really is god like in it's powers, as Void, and Bee, it's Priestess, along with their army of followers go out to capture a city. After that they're off to track down some Demon Lords and this time they take the Nighty Knights too! So grab the book to enjoy this intensely charming and action-driven story. You'll find yourself riveted!

Here's a couple of quotes that tickled me:

"The banker bobbed her head again in her most earnest pigeon impression yet.

"I even heard one of the Nighty Knights suggest "Kingdom McKingdomface.""

So much happened in this book. The army of Void stormed the castle and took down the demon imposter king. Void had to face and deal with the group of subversive followers of Void. Bee reunited with her estranged family and faced the mages who left her for dead, so long ago. Tony faced life altering changes. Daedalus, reunited with his companion, helped to save the day.

One of the villains they face in this one is Zeal, who is such a vile character. I've seen men like him and he was so well written and is evil so righteous, his POV sections gave me the heebie-jeebies.
Void and Bee both grew so much over the course of 4 books. This has been such a sweet and wholesome series, even with demons and the undead, and I've really enjoyed the ride. This last book was a great wrap up, especially with not one, but two epilogues that wrap up everything and give us a look at happily ever after.

It's difficult to express how much I've come to love the characters in this series. Now that the series is complete, I will miss them an awful lot. The premise was and remains unique but the execution was masterful. Who would have a guessed that a robot vacuum could reduce people to tears. Void and Bee both grew so much over the course of 4 books and the two epilogues in this book are exquisite.
I didn't want it to end, still have some questions but nevertheless, a very satisfying end to an amazing series.

Ok that was not the ending I was expecting and yet in some ways it was a really fun surprise. Demon lords are free, the attack on the city has been repelled but now they need to save their country... simple right? Turns out there is going to be house rebuilding, family matters, religion divisions, battles and of course a lot of demons... how could we forget the demons? It was action packed but remembered to show growth in many aspects, the teamwork from the past and I am not ashamed to say it but I loved reading about a Roomba (cursed things that will never be in my house). I am somewhat sad to see the series end but am very very glad that it was not forced to continue cheapening the amazing story.

Awesome and Satisfying Conclusion

This has been a super fun series! This book gets a little slow paced in the middle but the ending elevates the book and the series as a whole for me.

fun

Void’s conclusion. The gang gain powers, root out demons, found a nation, grow an empire, grow up, and go to war. They defeat the demon lord and Void becomes a god in truth.

I’m gonna miss void.

It’s still a fun read, great pace, good story, and nice ending. Please enjoy

The ending hit all the right notes, with callbacks to the very beginning and a fun twist at the end the left the door open for more adventures. I thoroughly enjoyed this series. It was funny, but had real stakes. And the characters were marvelous.

Wonderful conclusion!

An uplifting and satisfying end to a quirky little story. This is who we all can hope to have as our benevolent AI overlord.

Now this was a blast

Not only was it a great finish to a series it was good read. And who would have thought of a Dragon with hay fever.

It's an alright ending to the series. Personally I think it would have been better to end the series earlier before all the powers ramped up to 11, but that's just my own opinion shining through.

Was a satisfying conclusion to the series. I didn’t realize it was the final book until near the end.

Glad I’m done with the series, fun ride. This book feels like two adventures that could have been one.
