Mercenaries Quest

Mercenaries Quest is a suspenseful historical drama with a good balance between humor, gruesome scenes, magical elements, and a love interest. After a group of marauders torches his home, Yosif, the main character, struggles to deal with the loss of his family as he adapts to the new reality thrust upon him. He wakes up in a camp of mercenaries being tended to by the camp's healer Varvara. The mercenaries are individuals from different backgrounds with a common to rid the world of Vlad the Impaler. The camp's leader, Kamen, welcomes Yosif, but not everyone supports the leader's decision. Yosif demonstrates his worth by preventing monstrous wolves from attacking the camp. The wolves are cunning and intelligent, seeking revenge on those supporting Vlad, and are believed to be the incarnate spirits of the ones who suffered by Vlad to restore balance between good and evil. Yosif is confused by the calmness he feels when one of the wolves is present, and when the odds are against him, the wolves appear in his support. With the aid of the wolves, Yosif rescues Gabriella from the same fate as his own, and slowly, a love interest develops between them. In the final battle, Vlad's troops outnumber the mercenaries until the wolves appear. Once Vlad is killed and his army is destroyed, the wolves vanish to the spirit world, and the balance between good and evil is restored.
