New information to me

It’s fascinating to know about body-mind connection. And how by examining our symptoms in a specific organ tissue , the associated stress trigger and our related thoughts about it . we can identify the root cause of the issue and become aware and start the healing process..
However, I need to re-read it again to understand it in a more deep level.
