This is a very good book but would have been a lot better if Mark Hughes had discussed his opinions in more detail as they are mostly just stated with little reason as to why. In this book, Mark Hughes talks positively about others more than himself in particularly, Bryan Robson, Gary Lineker, Alex Ferguson and Terry Venables are the football greats that this book is littered with praise towards. There is much talk about other players such as the hard men he has faced and the select eleven of Manchester United players that he has played with. This book was a quick read at only ninety five pages long and I think it would have been better had he discussed his own life in more detail, such as his childhood which was hardly touched upon, the book would have been more personal and better. However, although there are some slight problems, this book is definitely worth a read.
