How do you defeat a vicious Dungeon Master with power over all the dungeons in the world?
This is the question that confronts me and my team after our journey to Cozocomo. The Vann family has struck so hard that it throws the fate of the entire world into question. With dungeons overflowing everywhere, it’s up to us to stop them for good.
I’m going to need the help of all my allies if we’re going to make our last stand. I didn’t come this far just to lose now, and no matter what happens, I will stop the Vanns from achieving total domination.
Even if that means I have to pay the ultimate price.

Hey there! I'm Shane, and I love writing fantasy. I've been reading fantasy all my life, and I've always wanted the chance to tell the stories that I wanted to share. So here I am! With my stories, you can expect a fleshed-out and detailed world full of interesting characters that you can't help but root for. Thanks for checking me out, and I hope you enjoy my work!
One of the most frustrating parts of a video game is when a developer recycles boss fights in an arena setting in order to extend the gameplay. Now I know the literary equivalent is just as frustrating.
Path of Progression had a lot of potential as a series: the setting was interesting, the characters fun and endearing, and the overarching story followed a classic, proven formula. Unfortunately, it's plagued by long chunks of unbroken dialogue and monologuing (especially during fight sequences, killing the flow and pacing completely), pointless fake-out deaths, drawn out combat and a wildly inconsistent system/world where the rules change to fit the scene.
The combat has been the series' weakest point and this book is almost entirely combat focused, with very little downtime between each fight. Quite frankly it was a terrible way to wrap up the series. The single saving grace was the epilogue. I'm a sucker for a HEA with marriage and family, and this was probably one of the best I've read. I just wish the rest of the book could have been as good.
It's honestly disappointing to write this, because this had all of the building blocks of a fantastic series, but it peaked with the first book. If there's one thing I hope Hammond doesn't carry into his other works it's the sheer amount of death and revives, because when you see characters die so often you stop caring when it happens. Watching your party falling and having to be revived in a game gets old quick and the literary form is no different.
This was a good read. Lots of action good battle scenes not to many glaring contradictions. And I did like the epilogue. The main thing that I didn't like was the coming back from death thing. I mean I lost count of how many times they died in this series. But overall it was a decent series
Great way to end the series. The climax of the series brought all the loose ties together and gave one climatic, final dungeon to make you feel that the team's progression was for a purpose. The ending allowed you to feel that they truly ended how they wanted. The ability to look back after their retirement was a nice closing. Would definitely recommend this series.
Join the Daredevils in what could possibly be there deadliest dungeon yet. Will Jeremy find the strength and will the girls finally let him get a good night sleep. Find out in what maybe their final adventure
I enjoyed reading this final book of this series. It had lots of action, moved quickly and had many happy endings including at least two kids for each member of the harem!
This story does a wonderful job of tying up all the loose ends of the series. I will miss the main characters and greatly enjoyed my time with them. Thanks to the authors for sharing their vision with me!
It has been an amazing riding!! Great world building carried on throughout the whole series!! The characters stayed true to themselves from beginning to end and it was just a fun amazing story!!!
I just didn't want it to end! Lol. I mean, I know that they are the best & all but it didn't seem to be enough diving. Or maybe monsters. The healing was game over really! I don't know. But I really liked the wholes series. The books kept my attention until the end.
A very book for the final chapter of the saga. Plenty of suspense, action, adventure, danger, horror, destruction, drama, magic, violence, and romance.
This was an awesome read. It was my first of this type of stories. I'm not into gaming so this was a tough to understand read but I thoroughly enjoyed the stories .
