It may be 2024, but when a MacTavish wants a bride, he steals her.

I went searching in the darkest place in Scotland to find the assassin who would save my family.
Instead, he found me.
What starts as a case of mistaken identity turns into an insane sham of a marriage when the ring is shoved on my finger. I've got to find a way out of this and back to Canada.

I watched her stride into my club like she owned it. Of course, I'm intrigued enough to hear her proposal.
She'll get what she wants, but there's a different kind of price to pay for it.
I'm going to enjoy taking it from her body.

Part of The MacTavish Stolen Brides series each can be read as a standalone hang on and you might want to make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way! Lachlan sexy as all get out youngest MacTavish brother like his brothers dangerous, ruthless on a good day, deadly every day, and when a strange but beautiful woman walks into his club like she owns it of course that piques his interest especially learning she is there to hire a hitman boy does that grab his attention. Arianna is sweet but full of fire especially when it comes to protecting her family willing to do just about anything to keep them say, the unofficial leader of the King family and unknowingly hires a hitman without ever seeing /meeting him face to fact of course he gets the job done but now comes time for the payment. She didn’t know she was dealing with the MacTavish until he kidnaps her demanding her hand n marriage as payment for taking out her uncle. This is where the ride gets a little crazy of course they marry what she was expecting was he brut who would demand her submission but nope he proved to her they are perfect he gave her support when needed, protection when needed and the magnetic pull between them grows stronger each day they are around one another but will she realize their families are stronger together than standing alone, will she realize that their relationship is a partnership, will her family be safe especially after the damage of her uncle, and can they find their way together to happiness?

This is the third book in the “The MacTavish Stolen Brides Series” and I thoroughly enjoyed! Just as good as the first two - love this series. Lachlan, the youngest of the MacTavish brothers, notices Aria when she walks into his sex club, Dante’s. Looking uncomfortable and out of place, peaks his attention and discovers she is there to meet a hit man to assassinate her uncle. As Aria does not know what he looks like, he takes on the job for her and then, as per the MacTavish brothers tradition, he kidnaps her and forces her to marry him! I love it 😊

Lachlan was the confirmed Batchelor until he met Aria - he was doomed! Together, they make a dynamic couple, both in and out of the bedroom. Aria takes over as the head of the King family, with the blessing and appreciation of her elder brother, with Lachlan’s full support. They are being attacked on all sides on both a personal and a business level. Will both mafia families survive and come out on top? Will Aria survive and continue as Queen of the King Family?

As per Arianna’s previous two books in the series, she has excelled again. A thoroughly enjoyable read from one chapter to the next - at times you are metaphorical “on the edge of your chair” wondering what will happen next. You will fall in love with Lachlan and Aria, hoping that everything with work out for them and they have a future together. Overall, I would highly recommend this book and you will not be disappointed 😊

I devoured this book because it was so action packed, had a strong female main character and strong male main characters that allowed her to shine. I loved how there were so many interwoven plots with a spicy love story running through. You meet Aria the unofficial leader of the King family who unknowingly hires Lachlan McTavish to assassinate her Uncle. Lachlan is part of a Scottish mafia family. After he follows through he demands a special payment! Which leads to the ride of Aria's life. But the support and unity he provides her and her family makes him the most alpha of men! She needs back up, he gets it for her. She needs protection he sorts it! She needs spice and love he's her man. A deal between families needs sealing he supports her leadership in a misogynistic organisation! You have intrigue, murder, deals, counter attacks, romance, love and a HEA! This book has it all and I'm addicted to the series.

I loved Aria & Lachlan story so much!!!
It was a perfect balance of action and sexy time.
Lachlan really respected Aria as a an equal and didn’t try to submit her to his will and let her lead the King syndicate like a true Queen.
The writing style was so good with Arianna’s usual witty banter.
You can see their relationship evolving and not necessarily insta love.
One of my fav in the series of the MacTavish brothers

✅ Forced mariage
✅ 5/5 spice 🌶️🌶️
✅ 5/5 action
✅ kinky parts but all consented and no degradation

No Virgin heroine
No cheating /OW drama
Can’t wait for Sorch’s story now!!
And yes I requested the epilogue 🤣🤣🤣

A wild read

This is book 3 and it’s awesome. This is Lachlan’s story, he is the youngest brother a very unpredictable. He sees the h in his sex club, she is looking to meet with the hitman she hired to kill her uncle. The H takes the assignment and forces her to marry him at gunpoint. He wanted her from the beginning. He is crazy but loves her very much. There’s gun fights, attempted murder, bondage and lots of hot sex. They had to overcome many obstacles to get their HES. I was hooked on the first chapter. Can’t wait for the next book in the series. Loved the epilogue.

Pretty good

I was a little lost in the beginning, I was having a hard time following. Maybe if I read it again it will make more sense. However, I loved the story as a whole. I love Lachlan, he was a great mate for Aria's strengths. They made a great pair. Elena acted like a child, however her brothers strengths came through trying to manage her and his responsibilities. Loved the second half and the closure. I'm looking forward to Sorcha's story!!

great read

Loving this series and this book didn’t disapppointment. This story follows the youngest brother Lachlan finding his love match with Aria the silence (really) queen of the king synidicate. After a forceful marriage on multiples points, they are thrown into drama of multiple assassination attempts, and strong family bonds. The same humour and playfulness of the other books follows into this one and reads really well. The sexy scenes are steamy with a heavy presents of alpha / dom without to much big arrogance. Can’t wait to read the next book, although i now have to wait a month or so which is not fair ! lol great read, really enjoyed it

Lachlan and Aria

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Off the charts, heat and story! Love these two together. They come together due to a mixup and then Aria os forced to marry Lachlan. Not the best start, but it turns out its the best thing to happen to her. He is a morally gray man, who has no qualms about getting what he wants. She sees herself as a good girl, forced to deal with the family business to protect her family. Lots of drama, lots of frisky fun, great plot, and tie ins of characters from earlier books.

Make sure to read this book and the others in the series, if you haven’t already. Book four comes out in September 2024, I can’t wait!

I am obsessed with this book! Aria may not understand the ins and outs of hiring a hitman but she is a total boss. Then you have Lachlan who quickly wins you over by giving Aria a safe place to be herself and so protective. This book was by far my favorite in the series! Lachlan may steal a bride but he stole her heart!

Aria needs a hitman and stumbling into Dantes inferno sex club, she catches the eye of Lachlan, and he certainly knows what he wants from her in exchange for his services, he wants her to be his bride! Well written engaging highly steamy, desires, action and more+ you'll be hooked and Lachlan certainly will keep your attention roped on him!.

MMC/FMC- Lachlan and Aria
Genre- Mafia Romance (Mob, Scottish Mob)
Length- 35 chapters plus epilogue and link to deleted scene
Heat-☢️☢️☢️☢️☢️. I’m going to call this book “She Sells Sea Shells” in honor of his tongue twister (or twisted tongue).
Series? Y
Safety? Y, although there is threatened/attempted SA.
Triggers- Languages in multiple languages, explicit erotic content, violence, firearms violence, more firearms violence, still more firearms violence, the aforementioned threatened/attempted SA, alcohol abuse.
Tropes- Baby You Can Drive My Cartel, Forced Marriage, Guest Starring the Bratva, He Falls First, Hot Scots, Secret Sex Club, Simply Mad About The Mob, Tattoo-ooh!, That’s Not My Leg, Touch Her and Unalive Vibes
Mewsings
What I liked- I hope you packed a lunch because this is gonna take awhile.
This book- I loved every page. A mariachi band could have been playing Elvis’ greatest hits next to my chair and I wouldn’t have noticed, I was so riveted by this book. It was a perfect blend of action, humor, and zexytime. I highly recommend it.
That paragraph goes on Amazon, because they have really been picky about my reviews lately. Here’s the long version.
First off, I am not exactly calling it Fanservice, but Lachlan is tattooed and was wearing a ̷S̷e̷x̷ ̷F̷l̷a̷g̷ Kilt. I swooned. And squeed myself, not gonna lie. I like to think Arianna put that in just for me….
The zexytime was very creative. Besides the Tongue Twisters, there was light bondage and some exploration of kink (including mild pain, spanking, and praise/degradation). Plus there was skilled shibari (and no, that’s not a type of mushroom). Lachlan owns a sex club and they have fun with it, particularly the ingenious Dante’s Inferno dungeon, with 9 different levels of kink and fun. If sex were ice cream, I’d put the zexytime kink factor (Amazon has got me in the habit of saying zex for sex) somewhere between Fudge Ripple and Cookies and Cream, on a scale of Vanilla to Rocky Road. And it was so hawt that I needed ice cream to cool down…
One of the features of Arianna’s books is the humor, and this book didn’t disappoint. Her chapter subtitles are everything! And I laughed at so much that I probably shouldn’t have, but why not just add to the list of Reasons Why I’m Probably Going to Hell? I couldn’t help but laugh at how excited they were about the avalanche. And I can’t choose a favorite quote. I particularly loved “There’s a lot of boring administrative sh— and not enough stabbing.” and “I shoulda’ killed him a lot harder.” Fun too were terms like “Scottish Yetis” and “Purse Pooch”. I spent a lot of time laughing.
I also spent a lot of time drooling at the Food P0rn. The restaurant meal sounded delicious and I want to try crobster rolls.
It was also delicious to see a woman in a position of power (although Lachlan is definitely the Dom in the bedroom). This is a theme in this series because the FMCs exude strength. And sass.
Every time I read an Arianna Fraser novel, it becomes my favorite, even on the rereads. And each one of her heroes becomes part of my Book Boyfriends Harem (Hizem?). They are all Rub Hub material… (again, adding to my Probably Going to Hell list).
What I didn’t like- they didn’t save me any of that raspberry tart, and I would seriously throw down for that dessert.
I do have one complaint. Arianna, did she have to slug back the Macallan 50 Year like it was rotgut? If I had a £300,000 bottle of whiskey I would build it a shrine and sacrifice virgins to it on the full moon.

Book 3 of the MacTavish Stolen Brides Series.

A Scottish Mafia romance revolving around Lachlan and Aria.

This is my favorite book by Arianna Fraser.

Youngest of the MacTavish brothers, Lachlan is the last person you'd expect to even contemplate marriage, however, when the opportunity presents itself in the form of the beautiful and sophisticated Aria, this "depraved" lad goes beyond everyone's expectations and finds himself a bride.....albeit at gunpoint.

Said bride however, comes with a bunker full of baggage. As her now loving husband, Lachlan finds himself marked by her enemies and business rivals. After several unsuccessful murder attempts, Lachlan vows to burn the world for her and he does..... in the best way possible.

Youngest of the MacTavish and most unhinged, Lachlan runs several restaurants and unsurprisingly a chain of sex clubs. His less than tasteful lifestyle should disgust Aria.....shouldn't it? Aria finds herself mesmerized by the world of BDSM, Sub/Dom, consensual/Dub-con and safe words. With their lives on the line and enemies after them, this sexy duo find time to delve into the forbidden pleasures of the flesh between husband and wife. Lachlan introduces Aria to a world where pleasure and pain live harmoniously and a little game of cat and mouse can work wonders to spice things up.

A bit different from the other books by Arianna this book definitely has more variety and the MMC is not as calculated as in the other books. Lachlan is unhinged and I love him for that. His protectiveness and possessiveness of his wife pulls at the heart strings and his unhinged personality along with all he shackles and chains left me almost constantly drooling. Depraved had all the bells and whistles of the other books but this one definitely upped the spice factor.

A message to the Author:
Arianna I don't know if you could ever outdo this book. This one is my absolute favorite. I would give it 100 stars if I could. You've out done yourself with Depraved. This book will stay in my head and my heart forever. So thank you, thank you for your hard word, meticulous writing, wild imagination and the passion you put into giving us readers the very best of you.

Would I recommend this book? ABSOLUTELY

Happy reading

Arianna Fraser is an auto buy for me. If you've had the pleasure of reading any of her books you'll understand why. Book #3 in the MavTavish Stolen Brides Series, focuses on the youngest brother, Lachlan (who doesn't mind killing, only bad people of course...and using explosives!) Enter Aria King, who pays a visit to Lachlan's sex club in order to make a deal with an assassin to avenge the murder of her parents. Uncle William needs to die! Lachlan is intrigued with Aria from the start, and it should come as no surprise that he pretends to be the hitman and takes on the assignment himself. As payback, he forces Aria to marry him at gunpoint by threatening the life of her bff Marcus (oh, you will love him!) If Lachlan seems somewhat unhinged, remember the title is "Depraved" after all. Even though a forced marriage implies a serious situation, it's quite a hilarious scene in the book because it's written with Ms. Fraser's trademark humor. Poor Father Barclay is once again "coerced" into performing yet another MacTavish wedding, and the fiesty Aria is quite verbal and physical in showing her displeasure to Lachlan. After a reception at the family estate, Lachlan and Aria leave Scotland and head back to her home in Halifax because trouble is on a rampage for the King Syndicate. The mayhem that lies ahead includes attempted murder, gunfights, death, more explosions AND a lot of hot sex as the two of them work together to find out who is targeting Aria's family and their holdings.
I love that Aria is written as a loving, protective, and strong female character. Lachlan recognizes her worth immediately, and despite his craziness, you see a man who loves deeply and he's very supportive of Aria's determination to keep her family safe and the syndicate secure. As a side note, I loved the cameo appearance of Maksim Morizov (heavy sigh) head of the New York Russian Bratva in "Mistaken." Their story concludes with a great epilogue that brings everything full circle. As usual with Ms. Fraser's books, I'll be reading "Depraved" again.

Another part of this outstanding series which is wonderfully written with drama, suspense, intrigue, thrills, action and a spicy romance that gives this story a happy ever after ending.
This story starts off with a woman looking for an assassin at a sex club and finding the brother of the Scottish don who winds up helping her only to get her to marry him. The hit that the woman made was on her uncle who she found out killed her parents and was trying to keep the family business to himself for the money as well as the power.
After the brother took out the uncle he forced the woman to marry him, due to threatening her best friend and his family had a party for them. At the sex club that the brother’s family owns the woman was grabbed by a Russian Bratva Pakhan and the brother beat him before kicking the Pakhan out of all of the family’s sex clubs. During the party the son of a Mexican cartel’s don can give them paperwork about the arranged marriage between him and the youngest sister to the woman. After they made him leave everything went bad for the woman’s family due to attacks that were made.
Throughout the story attacks happen and the brother tends to most of the people behind the attacks. The woman’s family at times are straned but at the end they get closer. The woman becomes the head of the family since her brother doesn’t want to deal with it.
The couple has sex alot and finally they are happy and in love even though the woman won’t forget how they got married.
A year later the couple and the woman’s family are with the brother’s family celebrating. They are all having fun and partying. While partying the brother finds out that the woman has a big surprise for him. Everyone is so happy for them.

Aria King is a woman trying to make it in a man’s world. Her first order of business after her parents’ deaths is to hire someone to kill her Uncle William who has, by default, taken over the King family syndicate. She knows for a fact that Uncle William is responsible for having her parents killed.

Aria goes to Dante’s Inferno, the sex club owned by Lachlan McTavish, to meet with the hired assassin. Of course, Lachlan sees her come into the club, is immediately obsessed and taken with her and and he is the one who meets with her instead of the real assassin.

Despite the mistaken identity, Lachlan is not one to back out on a job and he sees it through, firmly bonding his destiny with Aria’s.

The King family syndicate would make an attractive ally and Lachlan follows in the tradition of his older brother’s and forces Aria to marry him.

Lachlan is a bit feistier than his brothers in the bedroom, his antics and primal play with Aria living up to the title of the book.

Aria and Lachlan are a strong couple and make a great pair. He’s of course super protective of her, even when it comes to defending her from her against own remaining family. He not only insinuates himself in their business affairs, but the family dynamic, assisting with any personal
issues where he can.

This was another fun, sexy and action-packed installment in the Stolen Brides series and I recommend it to fans of dark Mafia romance with a kinky primal twist.

Marry me by MeemsAngel82

Now THAT wasn't a raw deal at all! Being with a member of this family? Gee, what a sacrifice, lol! This is another amazing book in this series that yes, can most definitely be read as a stand alone. But why not get to know this family and tag along?! They are such a lusty group and these men have some wicked ideas and wicked mouths that they love to put to good use! Take that several ways, ha ha! This couple have sparks all the way and before you know it, he gets his way.

She needed help, he needed her. So he took her.

And she was shocked as well as the rest of us by his request! They have such great chemistry and I loved their pairing. This h had some surprises for me. She was trying to just keep her family going and her big decision was shocking! Then she gets some more surprises coming her way when she realizes her payment to this sexy man is herself! Loved that and not to mention his calming techniques! This was another sexy read with a close family that love while keeping their family going strong. They are an impressive bunch and I do so enjoy having previous family members mentioned and continuously involved in one another's lives because that is how a family should be. I loved this and continuously enjoy her books! Another amazing read and like always, I cannot wait for more!

Didn't like this one...

Let me start by saying I didn't like the MMC. I thought he was manipulative and a jerk. Every time he laughed mockingly at her, it put me in a foul mood. I am so tired of the story where the FMC is a "strong" woman, and the moment the MMC jerk touches her, everything flies out the window. I would for once like to see a story where the MMC has to actually work to touch her, not just have her melt even though she hates his guts.

Lachlan forced Aria to marry him, threatening her BFF, and then the next day, she just melted at his touch. Are you kidding me? No, no, and absolutely no. That was her BFF. That's not right. I don't care how gorgeous he is. I would like for once that after the forced marriage, the FMC makes the man grovel... see how big a jerk he is. After that, if he wants to be a possessive, obsessesive, jealous caveman... yes, please! But not until he earns it. Period, full stop!

I have to admit, I have a preference for Arianna Fraser's extra smutty stories, and this one might be my favorite in the MacTavish Stolen Brides Series.

Lachlan MacTavish is filthy. Just such a bad, bad man in all the best ways. He runs the MacTavish empire's clubs and restaurants, including the very special Dante's Inferno sex club, where poor Aria King comes stumbling in, looking for an assassin. Lachlan is impressively ADHD, and decides pretty much in the moment to make Aria marry him because... he wants her.

The smut in Depraved is incendiary; their first time together involves Level Seven - Heresy - with shibari rope and an impressive amount of skill in tying knots. There's just the right amount of mystery and suspense and Lachlan wins bonus points for coming up with the most creative way to eliminate the extra vile villain. There's family and love and lust... so good!

Aria King, of the Canadian King Dynasty of criminal organizations, is determined to protect her brother and sister from their “Uncle Bastard. To that end she travels secretly to Scotland for an arranged meeting with a notorious assassin.

From the moment Lachlan MacTavish sees Aria in his depraved nightclub he wants to claim her and thereafter the mission is on. In true MacTavish tradition Lachlan forces Aria to marry him. At gunpoint. As his wife, her undertakings and missions become his as well. Book three is another superior read from this author. I definitely encourage readers to begin with book one because the MacTavish brothers and family characters reappear in each book and knowing them gives the stories more depth. I love that although these stories are certainly steamy and contain violence, they are also filled with humor and comedy.

The last MacTavish brother is taken.

It's finally Lachlan's turn!

I enjoyed Lachlan's cheekiness and the way he dis-illusioned Aria into who he was and to marry him.

Lachlan's book is darker than the other MacTavish's and any others. He enjoys the levels that owning Dantes Inferno gives him so be warned.

I would've loved a bit longer of an Epilogue just to laugh at the King of Chaos in Chaos.

Again I was very thankful for the translations of terminology. Which sort of made the MacTavish series with all the strange insult or terms that the brothers would use or call each other.

This is book 3 and it’s absolutely wonderful.

This is Lachlan’s story, he is the youngest brother and is extremely HOT as are all the MacTavish Boys.

As soon as Lachlan sees Aria in his sex club, he realises that he wants her.

Lachlan is a hoot, lol and loves Aria very much.

There’s gun fights, attempted murder, bondage and lots of hot sex. They had to overcome many obstacles to get their HEA ending.

I was hooked on the first chapter. Can’t wait for the next book in the series 😍😍😍😍💕💕💕💕😘😘😘😘😘

Another great book by Arianna! I have really enjoyed this series and I'm so excited to read her previous books. I loved this book! There was a lot of action in this one and I loved that. One of my favorite things about her books is that it's a Scottish romance and it gives the meaning of the Scottish words. I love learning what they mean. There was one character that I really didn't like and that was Elena. She is a whiny and childish character 😅

This steamy read kept me glued to the pages and al caught up in Lachlan and Aria. She goes to Scotland looking for an assassin and finds more than she bargains for. Lachlan agrees for a price one that will change Aria's life forever. This action-packed story is well written with unforgettable characters I enjoyed connecting with.

In this, the third in the series, the remaining unmarried brother, Lachlan, meets a woman who strikes his fancy, so naturally he has to force her to marry him (well, it makes sense to him, if not to anyone else). Aria has come to his sex club (shall we vote her person most unsuited to the milieux?) to meet a hit man she plans to hire to kill her uncle, who had her parents killed in order to take over their crime syndicate (violent bunch of people, these criminal kingpins). Lachlan steps in, pretends to be the hit man, and the rest is history.

Aria and Lachlan are less enemies than is usual in these enemies-to-lovers stories. Aria certainly didn’t want to marry him, but she doesn’t really hate him, although she is suspicious of his motives. At any rate. It made a welcome change, for me, that the FMC wasn’t consistently furious with the MMC. In another departure from the pattern, Aria was not kidnapped, and was never truly in jeopardy, another welcome change. Tropes are all very well and good, but variety is better, and this book varied the pattern more than most, all to the good.

The title is very appropriate; as the proprietor of a BDSM sex club, Lachlan was the most kinky contender in Arianna’s crime family books, closer to the truly twisted MMCs of her Corporation series, and Aria proved an apt pupil in the ways of BDSM. For some this might be a strike against the book, but for me it was a plus. I LOVED the Corporation series, so I really enjoyed the smex in this book.
