Who knew maple syrup could lead to four murders, two kidnappings, and a wedding? Certainly not the Bunco ladies who formed their little group as a deterrent against depression and widowhood. And whose infamous antics already had the whole town of Millinocket talking. Murder in Millinocket can best be described as the "Golden Girls" meet the "Sopranos", with a dab of "Breaking Bad" on the side. This is a story of friendship in adversity, while at the same time being a cautionary tale about how far a group of old ladies can push local law enforcement before landing in jail.
