“Never leave home without a book.”

As always, another great entry to this wonderful series!

Even though this book was super small in comparison to the others, I did really enjoy the story. I always enjoy my time following along with Alice and her friends Ona and Becca. But I did feel that Ona and Becca were not as “present” as other books, too. A Hair Salon to Die For felt like we got more of Alice and the other characters, such as Silas, and Clint, the boyfriend of the murdered Sasha who always tries to find her killer.

Overall, I really enjoyed the twists throughout, and when the reveal happens, I was quite surprised! I was NOT expecting it. That's a great thing about these books, you can never really know who the killer is.

I am also extremely excited for more books in this series. A Hair Salon to Die For somewhat ends on a fun cliffhanger, which I hope gets explored more in the future books. Great fun!

“But instead she had a killer to catch, and a crazy widowed boyfriend on the rampage”.

Loved this book so much, more I read this series the better they are. The ending was amazing and well worth reading. The character development is lovely to see. Throughly enjoyed this book and its coziness with twist and turns throughout

I can wait for the next book. My excitement was through the roof to see more of this series. I was pretty bummed to see such a cool character go, but I like the paranormal meeting in the beginning, giving Alice the purpose to find answers.

Also Ona for president ‘24? Let’s skip mayor!

Fun, but far too short compared to the rest of the series. Plants a number of seeds for future books though, so I can let it slide.

Good and quick

Good mystery short read hairdresser for 42 years I loved it. In our salon our book club read it as one that takes place in a salon.

I had taken a break from reading this series because I did want it to be over (rumor says there will be more). Stepping back into this world was like putting on my comfy pj's; so cozy and nice.
