Lizzy is down on her luck. She’s a single mum living with her daughter in her car so her abusive husband can’t hunt her down and demand she come back.
Escaping his grasp was her only plan until fate brought Rock into her life. He’s a bad boy biker, and she knows he will be nothing but trouble. But will she be able to withstand his charm?
Rock
He’s the hard-core enforcer for The Broken Iron Demons MC. Always chasing the latest bit of skirt, that ends when he comes to Lizzy’s rescue on the side of the road.
He didn’t expect to ever want an ol’ lady, but destiny had other plans. But will Rock's judgement mean the end of them before they truly begin?
When Darius tries to drag Lizzy home, will Rock tolerate it, or will his bad boy instincts take over and cause all sorts of trouble for everyone?
Can he save her from the monster...or will he have to become the monster in order for them both to live happily ever after...
Gets you started for the series that is coming. You get to meet the characters and get very little action. Well except for the steamy scenes. I was really hoping they took care of the Judge in biker ways! Whose to say he will stay gone it was too easy.
Honestly? I don’t know how to feel. It’s worth noting that I had no clue that this is a novella, so when the book ended within an hour of me starting, my head fell off.
On a whole, there are better written MC books out there. I say that based on the unfortunate grammatical errors, the poor structuring of sentences, and the lack of emotive language.
Such a sweet story over all. There’s some hostility, some spice, and some love and acceptance. This was well written and a great storyline. The only downside is I felt that it lacked closure in some ways. It makes me wonder if this is it for the book, or if another book will come as a duet to this.
I absolutely loved Lizzy and Rock's story. Jeez, Rock was hot stuff, plus super swoony and I for one could not get enough of him! I haven't read MC in a very long time - although at one point it was all I read. I realised with this wonderful novella, how much I've missed it. The clubhouse, the church meetings, and the men who consider every man in their chapter to be a brother. I've missed it all and this story has brought me right back. I loved Lizzie's story in particular. She has to fight so hard to keep her daughter and herself safe from harm and meeting Rock may just about have saved her. I really hope the author writes more in this series, because I would snap it up in a second. Incredible story line - tick. Hot male lead - tick Well written, spicy scenes - tick It just had everything! I would highly recommend.
Started good, but unforunately went downhill from there. They would have never lasted together in real life (and he was lowkey toxic) - I said what I said. Unfortunately, this did not meet my expectations and I only finished it because it was so short.
Rock's Judgement by F.F. Wingfield reminded me exactly why I enjoy a good MC romance.
It's been a while since I picked up a motorcycle club book, but this one had me completely hooked from start to finish. It was a super quick read, yet I was gripped the entire time and couldn't wait to see what happened next.
This was my first book by F.F. Wingfield, and it definitely won't be my last. I can already see myself diving straight into book two of the Broken Iron Demons MC series.
Rock was the perfect hero for Lizzy and her daughter, Amelia (Meli). After escaping her abusive husband, Lizzy finds herself living out of her car with nowhere to go. When her car breaks down on the side of the motorway, Rock is the one who stops to help. Understandably, she's hesitant to trust him after everything she's been through, but watching that trust slowly build was one of my favourite parts of the story.
I also appreciated that Lizzy's abusive husband wasn't just any villain—being a corrupt county judge added another layer of tension and made you want to see justice served.
Without giving too much away, if you're a fan of protective MC heroes, emotional journeys, and stories about finding safety, trust, and a family when you need it most, I'd definitely recommend picking this one up.
A very disappointing read. The actual length of book should have given me a clue, but liked the sound of the plot so gave it a try. The story takes place over roughly 1 week. It feels incredibly rushed - which it is, and there's absolutely no depth. The book is almost entirely devoid of any ambiance, description or feelings. The main characters fall flat with zero authentic emotional development. The lead character is supposed to represent a strong woman overcoming years of physical abuse - failed. This is a start to finish race, biker meets damsel in distress, controlling ex wants her back, add some cctv, a punch up, 48hrs in police custody, an ol lady tattoo, a revenge porn text, a final blackmail then fill in the gaps with a crying baby and some cringe-worthy drawn out sex scenes. No reader connection to the club or the characters, unrealistic timeline and all round lack of effort to develop reader investment. Will not be reading any more Iron Demons MC.
I love Rock. Like seriously adore him to the moon and back.
I've been Lizzy. And my Rock wasn't a biker. But let me tell ya -this story hit me right in the feels. If you've ever been through something like what is depicted here, I hope you were able to count on the kindness of strangers. Sometimes it makes the difference between life and death.
Yes this is all vague on purpose, but I hope you find it as therapeutic as I did. Read the TWs and you will know, I just don't want to ruin anything for those who like to go in blind.
Remember: you are stronger than you will ever know.
This was a short enjoyable read. Lizzy needs a new start. But it is not only a new life for her but a new life for her daughter Meli. She is trying to get that new life when she runs into some problems. Rock ends up coming on the beginning of her problems. Rock takes the first step to help Lizzy and Meli get a new start but will it be enough? Will her ex come back and destroy her new freedom and the one man that cares about her and her daughter? This was an enjoyable fast paced read. The characters and their story are well written. Another great book to the bad boy series.
If you want a story that's sweet And yet has some emotional outburst in it this is the one for you
This story is sweet that 2 people find each other And fall in love. And the baby in the story seems like to see their lot of trouble And the baby in the story seems like it's either a lot of trouble or it's totally sad. In the end however it's the baby that made me Just feel so good.... It's a typical. MC book With a bad boy And a girl that's being harassed. I enjoy I enjoyed it and it's a short story on top of it
I found this book through through Bad Boy anthology and it's by a new to me author. I really enjoyed this story and the only reason it only has 4 stars is... I wanted MORE 😍 Loved these guys together! There was a bit of everything in this story even though it was short, there was steamy moments, emotions, turmoil, violence and so many swoon worthy moments between Rock & Meli that were just beautiful. Would be keen to read more by this author for sure. *Read as part of KU*
I thought this was cute. I don't mind instalove but I think I was a little annoyed with Lizzy. I understand she went through crap but to continually be mean to people who are helping you kinda pissed me off. I liked Rock. I wish he could have done more to the ex. Speaking of which, it would have been nice if something actually happened to him. The book leaves you hanging a little bit, so I'm hoping there will be more in this series.
Rock's Judgement is another installment in the Bad Boy Anthology and I loved it. F.F. Wingfield takes us on quite the ride with characters that you'll be rooting for and a storyline that is well thought out. This is Rock and Lizzy's story. She's on the run from her abusive husband, with their infant daughter. What happens when Rock finds them broken down on the side of the road? You'll have to read their story to find out. F.F. Wingfield is one author you don't want to miss!
Omg rock and red These two a the perfect fictional book couple Red is timid holds back until she doesn’t and mannn is she fiesty It was good to see the switch and her standing up for what she wants Taking back her power
Rock, welll holyyyy hell Screaming MINE like it’s prayer this biker is all alpha mine vibes and does everything when he sees what he wants. Seeing him with certain people was so lush to see I melted for this character
I was lucky enough to get an ARC copy of this book 📕. Poor Lizzy is not having a good day. Until a very handsome biker Rock stops to help. Lizzy is on the run from her ex who is not a very nice person. Don’t want to give too much away. I would love to read more about this couple I loved this book. Can’t wait to see what the author dose next with this MC defo worth the 5 stars ⭐️
I love how Rochelle the Prez ol lady welcomed Lizzy and baby Meli with open arms. Rock was immediately taken with Lizzy from the moment he found her and Meli. Lizzy needed good people like them. It was a nice story and I loved the protectiveness of everyone rallying around her.
Absolutely loved this book. Lizzy and her little daughter are on the run from her ex when her car breaks down in the rain when she hears a motorcycle pull up and the hottest man gets off of it, rock stops to help but what he doesn't know is that his world is about to change. Can rock and the Mc protect lizzy and her baby from her ex? Will lizzy let rock love her?
Finding herself broken down on the side of the motorway , runaway Lizzy and her baby are rescued by a passing biker. The club really takes them under their wing especially Rochelle the First Lady. It’s not long before you understand who she’s running from, abusive narcissistic husband who happens to be a judge. Rock isn’t about to lose his new insta family
Rock and Lizzy is a quick read. It’s another instalment in the Bad Boy anthology of books. It’s a little tame in comparison to some of the other anthology books I’ve read, but I loved the connection between Rock and Lizzy. The only downside for me is that it was quick and I wanted to dive deeper into the characters and the story. That’s a me problem and not the books. All in all, if you like a quick, MC romance then this is one for you.
This is the first book I've read by this author. I love Rock and Lizzy's book. Rock almost instantly fell for Lizzy and her daughter. I love how he and the club surrounded her. Lizzy's history makes her leary of Rock but when she sees how he is with her daughter she knew he was a good one. Great book and I can't wait to read the next one in this series.
I enjoyed this but it really could have done with being a full length novel. So much to expand on and it would have been so good. It's not often I want a short story or novella to be longer but I'd have liked a little more depth here especially when it came to Red's history with Darius and his treatment of her
Oh I loved both MC. Love Rock. How caring but possessive he was over his girls!!! And Lizzy. She deserved happiness. Someone there to protect her after all she has been thru. I’m looking forward to reading about the rest. All the characters caught my attention.
I believe this is the author's first book. The storyline is descent enough ti be intriguing but way it's written needs some work. It feels too rushed, gaps, and the insta love is way too insta. The dialogue needs some work as well. If it's the author's first book then it's a good start just needs some practice. It's a very short story, a novella.

Interesting. Dizzy is living in her car with her daughter Melissa when Rock happens upon them on a highway. Drifter, club Pres, wants to know if Rock found somebody else who needed saved, or words to that affect. I am sure you know how the story plays out Billy I want to know about their future.
3 stars - this book was more of a novella than an actual book.
I liked Rock and I liked Lizzy as well as Meli 🥹 but I felt like it was way too instalovey for me. I needed some more context and development of their relationship not an I love you within a week.
Unsure whether I’m going to read the next book but Drifter has caught my eye and I’m debating reading his book next instead.
Red and rock make an excellent team. Coming from being her saving grace to her everything, rock saves red from the evil in her life. Over all I enjoyed it, very fast paced story. I wish there was more of a build up but it was a good read and looking forward to the next one.
Set in the UK, single mum runs from her abusive ex with her baby, when her car breaks down, a biker helps out. Scared and alone, she finally learns these people are not what she thought and help her heal. When her ex comes causing trouble, Rock stands be his woman and protects his new family. Short read.
