Who have an insta attraction Storytelling as only Brenda can do she reels you in and you don’t want to let go Great job Brenda On to book 2 Cayenne’s story
Excellent read, I loved the characters and storyline. Cinnamon and Jax’s journey to love is filled with secrets and family drama. All of the characters lives are intertwined into a compelling story. Brenda Barrett the author never fails to hold your interests in all the stories she writes. I recommend this book and all her other series. I look forward to the next one.
I have read most of Brenda Barrett's books. For me this was one of the best! The pain, love, shame, fear, anger, desire for acceptance, and many other emotions were intertwined in the read. This book for me was a tear jerker! My prayer is that many will read it and start the journey to healing. Help is available for those who desire to deal with the pain. Thank you, Brenda!
Lies, pain, confusion and new found love and family. This book had it all. Watching Jax and Cinnamon falling in love was enjoyable and how hé supported her in figuring out the family secrets gave him my vote.
Glad l raed this one to jup off the series otherwise, I'd have been thoroughly confused going forth. The revealed secrets were masterfully interwoven throughout the storyline. Eagerly waiting to read the next one.
Hmmmm, I don’t know what happened to my original review ⁉️…Nevertheless, I read “Cinnamon (Spice & Stone - Book 1)” last year (06.28.2024). Unfortunately, I don’t recall my specific thoughts, feelings & or opinions after I completed this book. However, I did record a rating in my literary journal. Consequently, it’s only fair my this review remains neutral.
