I am transitioning from the classroom to an office where I have a special opportunity to coach teachers at my middle school. Despite feeling somewhat unprepared to coach educators who are more experienced and qualified than me, I am embracing the challenge. Simple Ideas to Easily Embrace

Allison’s book not only gives advice based on her experiences, it also gives simple suggestions and clear examples to try. A great place to start for new coaches at any level.
