This was a cute short read where a boy has to start over on his sister’s couch after he finds his boyfriend cheating on him with his boss. So, he not only lost his home, he also lost his job. While working for his sister at the coffee shop, he meets Barrister during one of the monthly munches. Barrister finds Colby's binky/blanket outside and tries to find its owner. He ends up finding the cutest little he ever did see. After a minor confusion on whether Barrister was sure if Colby wanted to see him again or not, these two decide to go on a date. They're very sweet with each other and take their time being together with big Colby, before they venture into him being little. There's lots of snuggles, cuddles, stuffies, footie jams, and a memorable day at Chained.

Good lord these books get worse and worse with each new one that comes out. It takes so long for the characters to even meet the book is half over by the time they do. It was chapter 4 or 5 before they even laid eyes on each other let alone talked. For books as short as these, they need to meet minimum chapter 2. The Daddy/little elements happen mostly off page. These books as they continue the series are feeling more and more like published outlines than an actual story.

Maintenant, je suis au chômage et je surfe sur un canapé chez ma sœur jusqu'à ce que je puisse me remettre sur pied. Elle me donne un emploi dans le café qu'elle gère, mais c'est au mieux une solution provisoire. J'ai besoin de trouver quelque chose de permanent, quelque chose qui puisse payer mes factures. Qui aurait pensé que perdre mon binky de sécurité, celui que j'emporte toujours avec moi, me rapporterait là-bas tout ce que j'avais perdu et bien plus encore ?

J'ai roulé des yeux et j'ai attrapé mes clés. Il me restait encore une demi-heure avant de devoir le rencontrer, mais, avec les transports en commun, il valait probablement mieux que j'y aille maintenant.
En chemin, je me suis arrêté au distributeur pour retirer suffisamment d'argent pour couvrir mon repas et le sien… juste au cas où. Même si je taquinais ma sœur parce qu'elle ressemblait à mon père, il lui arrivait parfois de me donner de bons conseils, notamment de toujours apporter suffisamment d'argent pour payer ses frais. Vous ne vouliez jamais vous sentir piégé, et avoir de l’argent était une sorte de pouvoir.

Another sweet story in this series, but TBH, they are starting to all feel the same. Not much new in the plots or in the characters.
In this one, Colby was left homeless and possession-less when he caught his Daddy and his boss in the bedroom. So, for some reason, he left with none of his own things, except for his blankie and his binky. He comes across country and stays on his sister's couch and works for her part time. He meets Barrister at a munch at his sister's coffee shop. Same one where the series started with Hudson's lost duckie. Hmm. Bridger, Hudson's daddy, knows Barrister. Hmm. Barrister happens to find a blankie and attached binky on the street outside the shop. Hmm. Sounds familiar.
When Barrister and Colby finally go out, Colby states that he wants to be independent because of what happened to him. So it takes a while before he allows Barrister to buy him anything or to accompany him to the BDSM club. But from there, the story unfolds more quickly and by the end, they are living together and Colby gets a surprise new nursery, and all is happy in their world. All issues of money were resolved rather quickly, and surprise! Colby got a job working at the BDSM club. He was rather fussy about making sure he found a job in his profession throughout the book but we never did learn what his profession was. And he just happened to overhear about a job opening the first night he was at the club. But we never did learn what that job was. It would have been nice to flesh that out a bit as an explanation about how Barrister got his name among a family of lawyers and how he disappointed them and became a doctor was front and center at the beginning of the book. Not so for Colby.
So overall, nice story, cute littles, nice older stable Daddies, a few hiccups, and not too original so three stars.

I really enjoy these short, sweet stories of Littles who have lost something precious to them and the Daddies who find it and make them their own. This one is no exception. When Colby flees his last Daddy after betrayal and losing his job, he moves to a new city and camps out on his sister’s couch until he can get a new job. While helping out at his sister’s coffee shop on the night of the Daddy/little munch group from Chained, his binky is found by one of the Daddies in attendance and is returned to him.
Barrister, the Daddy who found his binky, is a doctor and member of Chained. He is quite taken by Colby and would like to date him and see where things may go. The mutual attraction is strong, but Colby is a very independent Little with strong feelings about making his own way and not taking advantage of people. Will he be able to give up a bit of his need to stand on his own two feet to let his Daddy take care of him and provide some of the things he needs? Only time, and an understanding Daddy will tell if this could be a relationship with a Forever Daddy for little Colby.
Interesting, relatable and realistic characters told in a dual point of view, a possible realistic situation leading to a meeting, then a developing relationship set to the backdrop of a munch and visit to Chained, all with a few carryover characters from previous books. A light-hearted easy read with a guaranteed Happy Ever After ending.

This was a really sweet story about Colby who is a little and found his daddy and his boss doing naked things in their bedroom when he came home from work. He packed everything and moved across the country to live on his sisters couch. he had to find a job and his sister offered him one in her coffee shop. It was there that he met his new daddy Barrister, who is a doctor. Barrister comes from a long line of lawyers, but he surprised his family by becoming a physician, and once he was qualified, he joined the armed forces. Barrister dedicated himself to looking after his patients, and barely gave himself time to relax by doing recreational things. He made himself a promise that he would start doing things for himself to give him a break from work, and then went to his club, Chained, which is a kink club. One night he was going to a munch which was luckily held at the coffee shop where Colby was now working. On his way to the munch, he found a blanket with a binky attached to it, and took it in to the coffee shop with him and discovered it was Colby’s. he invited him on a date days later, and eventually they became a couple and moved in together to live happily ever after.

This is book 10 in the Found by Daddy series. Each book is a standalone. I really enjoyed this story. It is fun and cute at the same time. This is the story of Colby and Barrister. Colby has just moved to stay with his sister. After a betrayal that led to him losing his job; his life is in upheaval. He is couch surfing until he can find another job and find his own place. His sister offers him a temporary job at her coffee shop. As a little, he looks forward to working the monthly Munch. Barrister is a doctor and a daddy. He loves his job but would like a little to love and cherish. And since he didn't follow in the family footsteps of becoming a lawyer, no support is coming from that quarter. The two meet when Barrister finds Colby's binky blanket in the parking lot outside the restaurant. This is their story. The book is well written and easy to read. I really like that Barrister and Colby started a relationship and then eased into the little/daddy aspect. I also really liked that Barrister supported Colby and gave him full support while not coddling him. This is another great book in this series.

Short, sweet story.
Colby and Barrister are in different places in their lives when they meet.
Colby is a little who has just lost everything, is sleeping on his sister's couch, and is having a difficult time finding a job he is qualified for - although the book mentions Colby's 'job' or 'career' or 'profession' about ten times, it never states exactly what his job is, except for a slight hint in the epilogue where it says he was assissting with a "new software program installation".
Barrister is a daddy, he is also a doctor with his own family practice, and is in the reserves - although there is no on page discussion with Colby about it.
The MC's move fast as one date leads to sexy times, but it takes longer for daddy/little time to happen. Both characters are likeable, but I didn't really feel a love connection between them. I think this is because there wasn't enough on page conversations. The end was sweet and they find their HEA.

Part of the Found By Daddy series each reads as a standalone with a boy in need of a daddy. Colby is a sweet boy who caught his daddy, his boss together causing an immense about of pain, so he decides to pack up moving across the country to live with his sister while looking for a job, but she offers him a job working in her coffer shop and it was at her shop where he meets a daddy changing his path. Barrister is a doctor coming from a long line of attorneys surprising everyone with going into the medical profession, did his time with the military and now his dedication is to his patients never giving himself a thought until the meeting with the Chained club at the coffee shop on his way he finds a blanket with a binky attached. Taking it to the meeting in the coffee shop thinking maybe one of the boys lost it where he meets Colby realizing the binky belongs to him and the attraction is instant so he asked him out but will his boy take a chance on love again after what happened, will the date go well, and will these two find their very own HEA?

Good story, sweet, solid! Colby lost his boyfriend, his home and his job in one act of inconsiderate selfishness by his ex boyfriend. He moved to be near his sister and to start over. She provided a couch and a temporary job until he was able to get on his feet. Barrister, a Vet Doctor running his own practice is happy, but he is ready for his boy on whom he can shower all the love that has built up. They meet at the Coffee Shop Munch where Colby is working and are drawn to each other. Colby is dragging a wagon load of baggage because of his trauma and trying to get his feet firmly planted before he moves forward. This is a sweet story of growth and communication with a few visits from old friends from previous stories. The authors, give us two adorable nice people with the usual great set of found family. We get a good insight to the thought process of a developing relationship. This is up there with my favorites. Nicely done. I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I adore Cain's Little stories!! Okay, got that out of the way. This one broke my heart just a bit. Colby experienced so much loss, humiliation, and frusteration when he moved cross-country and landed on his sister's couch. Ouch! Trying to rebuild your life is hard, no mater when you're doing it. Barrister grew up seeming to have it all, until he went against the norm. Following his heart cost him greatly, yet the product was worth it. If only he could find someone to share it with.
Barrister and Colby's meet-cute was adorable, as they struggled to read what the other was projecting. Maybe, with the help from friends, these two could find their HEA.

This book is awesome and I loved it! Another wonderful Found by Daddy story, this is the tale of Colby and Barrister. They meet when Colby is at a low point in his life and their meeting will change both their lives. I love how their relationship develops and how Colby is determined to be independent after he lost everything when his last relationship ended. Barrister is so sweet and caring that he makes the perfect Daddy for Colby and it’s amazing when Colby lets him. They have a little bump in the road to their happily ever after but they work through it together and come out even stronger and more in love.

I have really loved and enjoyed reading each of the Found by Daddy book in this series! Colby finds his daddy in bed with his boss and finds himself not only out of a place to live but out of a job too! Sleeping on his sister’s couch is the only option since he doesn’t have much money. Moving to a new city is also a new beginning.
Working at his sister’s coffee shop, Colby meets a Daddy of his dreams. But both need to go slow. Being Doctor, Barrister is used to being patient but he feels that Colby will be his perfect boy and life partner.

Lost binky found by a loving daddy...I had to read. So when I was given an ARC I jumped right into it...Barrister and Colby...too cute and their romance was sweet and wonderful. I absolutely love this series and every lost little grabs your heartstrings. Colby's past with his last daddy was awful but fate brought Barrister into his life and so many great things happen after he recovered his binky. Not a lot of angst...just the right amount of heat and a whole lot of sweetness to make this a page turner to the very end.

I loved Colby's Lost Binky Book 10 of Found by Daddy. Colby lost his Daddy, his home and his job all because his Daddy cheated. This is yet another sweet story in the series Found by Daddy. This one tells us the story of how a lost binky brings together Barrister and Colby. Colby loses so much in the beginning of the story that losing his binky just makes it even worse. When Barrister finds it at the munch event and takes it to the Lost and Found, Colby is the one working the counter. It takes a minute, but both know they have eyes only for each other. Get this next in the series and fall in love with these two.

Finding the true one
Colby is a loveable little who was dealt a rotten hand by a nonloveable so called Daddy and the to that he ended up jobless and homeless.
Barrister is a Daddy who has been looking for his own world and a found blanket and binky landed them in each other's arms.
Colby is a proud little and until he knew that he would never be homeless again their relationship was on hold.
A terrific job landed in Colbys lap and it propelled the relationship forward.
Wonderful and loving characters.

I loved the story. It made me laugh at times and unfortunately sad at other times but the ending is happy with a forever Daddy/Little match. Colby had a major disappointment but moved forward and found what he had always wanted and needed in his forever Barrister. I loved Colby and I couldn’t help but fall in love with him and his Little. It’s a fun read and I would highly recommend it.

May 29, 2024This was another cute story in the Found by Daddy series and this one is probably my favourite in a while. It's fairly fast paced and has them dating before introducing daddy/little dynamics. Colby is definitely reluctant to enter into an imbalanced relationship and there is a lot of trust that needs to be built. I did find a few continuity errors that I messaged the authors but overall this book was well written and fun.

This was an awesome book. I loved Barrister and Colby. These two were really sweet yet steamy and perfect for each other. I enjoyed their connection and chemistry and the journey they went through to get to their HEA. These was a wonderful addition to this series and I can't wait for more from these two great authors.

Barrister met Colby, a Little down on his luck when Colby lost his blanket and binky and Barrister found it. Colby needed a Daddy and Barrister wanted a Little of his own but Colby also wanted to be independent. It's a sweet novella with a too proud, homeless Little and a giving, loving Daddy in the fun series . I received a copy of this book through Booksprout and this is my voluntary opinion.

This was a sweet quick read and very enjoyable! Colby just took my heart! He was the sweetest thing! I loved watching him and Barrister navigate their relationship. I love that we get glimpses of previous characters in this series! A wonderful addition to this Found by Daddy series!.

Colby suffers the ultimate in disrespect and spite. The blurb tells you what he has had to endure. Barrister finally finds his perfect boy but he needs to treat lightly because Colby rightly has issues caused by his previous mistreatment (not physical) it's a sweet growing into love Daddy/Boy story and I loved it! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

This was a cute short-ish story about a little that has lost it all, and a daddy who has finally listened to his friends telling him to live outside his job. They meet over a lost binky and their relationship grows from there. I liked how they took their time getting to know one another, and I loved their HEA.

I have been flying threw books this past week and who knew I would be able to read about 20 over my geal this year so far. I need to strive for 150 next year. This book has been an amazing read to shut my brain off, Colby couldn't be cuter and Barristar is absolutely amazing. I loved reading their story and can't wait to find my next read from this author.
