Great Book on Negotiation, Especially When Things Go Wrong

Getting Back to the Table is an excellent book to help us reassess our strengths and weaknesses to become a better negotiator. It is easy to blame external forces or events for a negotiation gone astray. Often, however, the fault lies within ourselves.

Weiss provides a helpful framework to utilize past setbacks and become a better negotiator.
