Throughout the narrative, Jason and Katie learn that waiting for God involves actively trusting and obeying Him day by day, rather than taking matters into their own hands. They also learn that loving one another in the valor of purity requires dependence on God's strength and not their own. "We can only know true love when we realize how God loved us," Katie says. This is an encouraging book for those who want to get married someday, even if they don't know whom they will marry. Written with honesty and insight, the book tells the story of Jason and Katie's friendship and romance. Along the way, they share their encouragement to trust God's plan and timing.
