In 2014, she finally put her extensive collection to good use and started writing her first novel. Previously published with Prism Heart Press under the pen name Sienna Parks, Eva decided to branch out on her own and lend her name to her full back catalogue! She is currently working on some exciting new projects.

My husband is going to blame this book for the lack of sleep he's about to get because GAHD DAMN 🥵 it's 2am in the morning and I'm about to go wake him up and tell him my new ✨️ideas✨️

This was a good little dirty book. It had a great storyline to go with the spiciness, which I love! I really enjoyed this book, and if you like a bit of spice and romance, she's definitely a banger!
Freya is a virgin, someone who wants to explore her sexuality and find out what she likes. Her friend is a regular at a Sub/Dom Club. One night, she decides to tag along to an open night Masquerade Ball. Freya meets Pierce, a striking, handsome surgeon who loves being a Dom. That night, Pierce opens Freya's eyes to a whole new world.
As Freya navigates the Submissive world while remaining anonymous to her Dom, she starts to fall for her him.
Will Pierce feel the same way?
This book covers childhood trauma as well as abuse and death.

There is only so many « daddy » I can read in a book before it becomes too much. Sadly that book reached the limite too fast and I just skimmed Til the ending

If you’re looking for a book that delivers a story with extremely major high levels of Red-Hot, Uninhibited and Unrestrained, Racy yet Sexy, Sizzling Spicy, Fiery steam.
Then look no further because that’s what author Eva Haining delivered with this Fast Burn that was Pierce and Freya’s story; The Masquerade: Room 2.
Whether it be seeing the highs within the building and exploring of Pierce and Freya’s Dom/Sub relationship, bringing out passion, lust and unrestrained devotion and affection, loud and clear through both’s individual POVs.
Or the lows from the situations that had us seeing the pain, sadness, trauma and heartache. More so when it came to Pierce, given his past that is unfolded along the way.
The story led to quite an emotionally charged ride, experiencing all sides of emotions taking you through ups and downs as a result of it. Particularly within some of the moments that played out, tugging on your heartstrings in the process.
Even more so when delving into the development of their characters that is explored, given all that was to be learnt about Pierce and Freya as individuals, considering the lives they led both in and out of Club V. And how it affected them, their lives and those around them. Paving the way for growth, especially in Freya's case considering who she was in the beginning to where she stood by the end.
Although there was major steam, that did not take away from the story having a developing storyline. Navigating through the plot made for drama, given the bumps along the way from the back and forth and pushing and pulling ventured within Pierce and Freya’s relationship. Since it wasn’t all smooth sailing for the two, but for different reasons which author Eva presents through the characters POV chapters. Having it unravel over time, adding more depth to the characters as well as the story.
There was also the suspenseful build up, particularly around the twist that came about, though it did have me figuring it out early on.
Nonetheless it was still somewhat surprising in seeing how it played out.
With all that was at play through unravelling, divulging and discovering throughout Pierce and Freya's story, it made for a fulfilling story.
Just like book 1 from the series; The Contract, author Eva Haining came through with The Masquerade: Room 2. A story that whilst emotional and highly steamy, still allowed for a journey of exploration and growth for both Pierce and Freya, resulting in an enjoyable read.
Can't wait to find out whose story will be told next in book 3 The Assignment from Club V series.

THE MASQUERADE: ROOM 2 is book #2 in Eva Haining's Club V series, and every page threatened to melt my kindle. It is a Dom/sub, he falls first, billionaire doctor, BDSM, no third act break-up journey of obsession, desire, devotion, heartache, understanding and acceptance of love. Told through dual POVs, Eva superbly delivers a story of self-discovery, accepting the past, and understanding the need to be loved.
Pierce Harrison has shut away his emotions, he's stoic, confident, demanding, controlling, a perfectionist, and a man very much alone. Freya is hardworking, feisty, sassy, career orientated, yet she feels something is missing from her life ... she has a need to explore her darkest desires. Club Venom. A Masquerade Ball. A Lavender Dress. A Mask. All combining to provide Pierce and Freya a night together that will change their lives forever.

Their journey is not only sexual though, it is once of accepting their past and how it affects their present, secrets are divulged, understanding and acceptance are given. Pierce and Freya complement each other perfectly, yet keeping their relationship a secret puts pressure on them. Drama does occur, but it is not for the reason you would expect, leading to love and support from friends who were always there. Once again, the secondary characters supply plenty of love, wise words, and humour, which ensure this story is even more enjoyable.
THE MASQUERADE: ROOM 2 was yet another of Eva Haining's books which comes under the heading of "UNPUTDOWNABLE". Eva certainly knows how to write addictive, emotional, extremely steamy stories with a touch of humour and drama. Another unmissable and highly recommended read.

I LOVED IT.
they meet at a masquerade ball that the club “made”. They didn’t know each other and they went to his room. He made out with her downstairs lips. They didn’t see each other but she came again to leave her number for him and then they saw each other. She wanted to stay anonymous and kept her mask on. Until he wanted to see her face and told her that he wouldn’t continue until he saw her face or he knew her name.
Also what I didn’t understated was that apparently she worked somewhere maybe an office but then she was the new resident at the hospital he works at. He’s a neurosurgeon and she’s doing her residency in this field so he was mentoring her. The first time they were in the OR together he knew it was her and when she doubted herself he called her little one in front of everyone but they didn’t hear it.
The only thing that was really cringe is how she only addressed him as daddy the whole time. That was really annoying because like he has a name too or at least call him baby. I mean I get it if she has a daddy kink but still. And he had a very traumatic past because his father abused him and threw him against the wall and stuff so he had nightmares. And he hit the father of a young patient because he could see himself in that kid and almost lost his license to be a doctor.

I must say that I Loved Room 2. The author gave us an exquisitely written book with perfect characters for the storyline. The book is a wonderful exploration of the main characters coming into their own in an intimate way on a personal emotional exploration. Pierce and Freya’s meeting at masquerade ball lead to an exploration of their personal needs, emotions and wants. Freya, not feeling safe with her personal needs, wants to remain anonymous by continuing to wear her mask as she enters in a training relationship with Master Harrison, Pierce. Pierce wants her trust and faith in him, thus wanting her name and to see her with no mask. The push and pull between them leads to a lot of drama. But the sparks between them are off the charts and they both want more. But what happens when their real lives are exposed as the masks come off? What happens as life outside the club intertwines with their private lives?
This is a very emotional rollercoaster that this reader loved. It’s hot, sexy, romantic and dramatic with moments of pain, shock, love and acceptance. I will ask you to heed any trigger warning, but personally I can’t recommend this book/series enough and I am looking forward to book 3 in the series.

This is a very emotional rollercoaster that this reader loved. It’s hot, sexy, romantic and dramatic with moments of pain, shock, love and acceptance. I will ask you to heed any trigger warning, but personally I can’t recommend this book/series enough and I am looking forward to book 3 in the series.

I loved book one in this series so I jumped into book two with anticipation of it being just as good and let me tell you it didn't disappoint.
This is the Club V series and here we have Pierce Harrison and Freya Perrington told thru dual POV. This actually melted my kindle it was super duper hot!!! 🔥 Dom/sub trope, he falls first, BDSM, love, lust, desire urgh you name it it's in this book!!
Pierce has shut away his emotions he's very much alone and likes to be by himself. Freya is oof she is hardworking, a brat, sassy and feisty yet she has always felt something is missing in her life especially the bedroom. She wants to fulfill her darkest desires so she heads to Club V aka Club Venom!! One night at the Masquerade ball she meets Pierce and this one night will change both their lives forever.
This will definitely leave you in a hot flush it certainly did me....the spicy scenes are lush Eva knows what she's doing when she writes these scenes. I loved both of the main characters and their journeys in this book. They fitted together perfectly and had an understanding. There is drama as usual but oh my lord it wasn't what I was expecting at all. I honestly couldn't put this down I highly recommend this book and book number one, The Contract Room 1.

The Masquerade
Masks are always a little unbelievable to me. Do they really not recognize each other's voices? But it still works for the story. The characters are complex and compelling. The side characters make for a great community.
My favorite lines are from Dalton (MMC from the first book),
“You’re in denial, bro. You don’t have an option anymore. It’s not ‘if you fall in love with her.’ You’re already there. Fuck the shiny dudes. We’re dark, and that only makes our choice to love and trust a woman more impressive. Shiny won’t raze the world to the ground for the woman they love. They won’t push them to explore how fucking amazing pain and pleasure can be when wielded properly. Shiny is boring as fuck. You love her. Go tell her that and let the chips fall where they may.”
I adore this description of “dark” doms and the way he pushes the MMC to be courageous.
I would have liked a trigger warning on that first chapter when the MMC is young.

This isn't Vegas, baby! What happens at Club Venom may not stay at Club Venom! Uh oh!
One may expect Pierce's strict personality! To be a renowned surgeon, boxing up one's emotions may be an absolute necessity!
Freya's wondered. Is she "normal?" She has desires she has not explored, but... And then... An opportunity presents itself!
Might Freya break down some of those bricks Pierce has built around himself?
The steam! Watch out, because you may drop your reader, it gets that hot!
I bet so many readers live vicariously through the words of authors like Ms. Haining. As one who is older in life, and really doesn't have the ability to explore like Freya, I love this book, which allows me the ability to Explore right from my own home!

Pierce and Freya are off the charts hot! They meet at a Masquerade Ball at club Venom. He trains subs so they can go find their forever Dom and he doesn't want forever. He is a high profile surgeon and teaches residents too. That is all he needs work and Venom. But the mystery woman at the Ball has him intrigued. Freya has always known she needed something different but hadn't found the right person to explore her interests with. One night can change their lives forever.
Wow this was HOT! Eva gave us 2 opposites that were attracted to each other in so many ways. In addition to some steamy fun at the club their are a few surprises thrown in too. Love this series! Great storyline to pull you in and keep you reading. Looking forward to see who finds happily ever after next.

I don’t think I have a daddy kink? Do I have a daddy kink? Well, Pierce and Freya definitely tested that theory for me! Dalton and Naddie were tame compared to these two, but in the best way. Pierce has a filthier mouth and I love it. This book is a great mix of plot and spice and this series has become a new favorite of mine. Eva keeps stepping up her game in each book. I can’t wait for Flex next!!

Pierce has a filthier mouth and I love it. This book is a great mix of plot and spice and this series has become a new favorite of mine. Eva keeps stepping up her game in each book. I can’t wait for Flex next!!

What a great read that was full of spice and a good storyline. I just really enjoyed Room 2 so much. Freya attends Club Venom's Masquerade ball along with her best friend. There she discovers a way of life that she never knew existed. She has always had a side that she wanted to let out but just didn't. Until Room 2, and Pierce.

I love a good masquerade story. The mystery of who the partner is...how they may react when revealed...how to move beyond the hidden and into the light. While Freya may have needed the secrets the mask hid at first, it was the patience Pierce showed that brought forward her trust and her willingness to explore beyond her expectations.

A fantastic addition to a great series, this has me hooked from the the first chapter. I loved the push and pull of Pierce and Freya, their chemistry is off the charts and oh so sexy. But this is enriched even further because it’s not centered around nothing but sex, but rather the emotions of everyday experiences and how they’re dealt in a realistic way.

This was another amazing book by Eva . A perfectly delectable BDSM story . I love how the fmc and mmc are able to tech each other things and help each other navigate hard times and unfortunate past experiences. Eva did a great job with this book just like all the others . Also knowing the author and talking with her I understand now why Chapter 13 was a big deal lol .

Yes! There are plenty of spicy nuggets BUT they are interwoven with a storyline! As a whole the novel explores why we feel free to be ourselves when no one knows who we are. As women, as humans we fear we are unloveable if we act as we really want. Makes you tingle and makes you think.

This book was it for me. If I could give it 6 stars I would. I loved the twist of their story together but I was there for it all.
