He lives with his wife Connie and has two grown-up daughters, Susan and Joanna and a son, Richard. In the summer of 1989 , their comfortable existence is shattered when Richard, being in the wrong place at the wrong time, is tortured and killed by a terror group in Ireland. In the following weeks, the family gradually realise there will be no justice for Richard’s killers. Driven by increasing bitterness and anger the family plan to take a terrible revenge on the terrorists.
