They came from two different worlds but shared one burning passion.
Formula 1.
Easton Hawkins never expected to meet someone like her. Anastasia Bari was nothing like the people in his fast-paced world. She was unexpected, refreshing, and soon, impossible to forget.
Anastasia never imagined a life like this. She never thought someone like Easton could be part of her story. But when the chance came, she didn’t hesitate. How could she say no to everything he was offering?
But even the best things come with challenges. And when the pressure builds and reality hits, only one question remains.
Will they drift apart, or will they fight for what they have?
First thing first I love Anastasia and Easton 🤍 but one of my favorite things about Anastasia she always humbled Easton even when they first met she automatically became my favorite because of that 😂 the spice was so good 🤭 I also really love the ending 🥹 it was a quick read and I can’t wait for the next book 👀🤍
Tropes: 🤍: f1 romance 🤍: dual pov 🤍:strangers to lovers 🤍: fast paced 🤍:he falls first
I was coming into this one blind. I grew up around cars, and knew it was a Formula 1 racing book, but I don’t know. It was cute, but it also lacked a lot of chemistry throughout. The main characters Stassie and Easton kind of give off the vibe and impression that they’re more with each other out of convenience and less so than that they genuinely enjoy each other. I would have like to see more getting into the nitty gritty within their respective relationship and less about inner monologue and how they are traveling. This was more so a story about stassie finding herself while on a girls trip and later a self paced journey than anything and it had a drag a bit in the middle where it dropped off a bit. Don’t get me wrong. Once they get together there is spice, and there is tension, and all the fun things, but I dislike a miscommunication trope, and that is included here. Easton seems too self absorbed to realize what is really going on in the world. We miss out on a lot of outside influences and information because of lack of detail. Would I recommend it as a palate cleanse? Sure. As a must read? Probably not.
I received an ARC complimentary from the author. I felt this was more of a 2nd draft than a final copy. There were spelling inconsistencies, clunky sentences, and grammar errors that need to be addressed. The writing style is not my cup of tea, but once I got used to it I didn't notice as much. The story was cute. Easton is an F1 driver and bachelor who somehow doesnt understand much of anything outside of his own worldview. Stassie is an F1 fan and writer who lacks character development in the beginning. The spice is good.
Lost In Circles was an enjoyable read. I do like a sports romance and this one resolves around Easton a F1 driver so you are taken on his journey around the F1 circuits of the world. I thought the chemistry between the two main characters, Stassie and Easton lacked some intensity and felt at times their union was forced, I wished for more for both of them. I enjoyed both their friendship groups and the banter between the boys. I could possibly see books between some of the other characters written in Lost In Circles. I received a complementary copy from the author.
This is my first Formula 1 romance book. This is the story of Easton and Anastasia. They meet randomly on a bench and have chemistry from the start. You will smile as you watch their relationship develop and get to know the side characters. It was interesting to get a little insight into racing. The story was well written but I do wish there was more dialogue. I feel like a lot of the story was the characters inner thoughts. The story has spice but doesn’t overdo it and has a sweet ending.
I had a great time and did enjoy this one quite a lot! While it wasn't my all time favourite romance book, I did have a good time with it and loved getting to read a new F1 romance. It's a great palate cleaser and I do believe it's a great choice if you're looking to read a book in this genre! Thank you to the author for trusting me with an arc ❤️
This was my first F1 book, and it was pretty good. There were a ton of spelling and grammar mistakes- one part where the FMC is making Cacio e pepe, but it's spelled Calcio e pepe, calcio translates to soccer.
Stassie is looking to have a relaxing vacation with her friends in Positano when she runs into the unexpected, Easton Hawkins. Easton is not looking for a relationship as he is navigating a new team and brand new season in Formula 1. But when the chemistry beings to heat up, what they both thought was right is becoming harder and harder to manage. Will they be able to figure out that spark between them before it is too late.
First, thank you to the author for allowing me to red the arc. As an avid reader and formula 1 fan, I am always looking to live vicariously through those who write. Overall, I enjoyed the story. I thought the plot was well thought out, the characters were likable, and the storyline flowed. I enjoyed watching the characters figure out themselves and their relationships, going for a more friends to lovers vibe. My only down side is I think it could have been shortened just a tad. I felt about 60-70%in I began to drag. But, I loved the ending and I think overall it was an enjoyable read!
Thank you so much to the lovely Anna Kobeleva for gifting me an ARC to this book, I appreciate it!
Unfortunately this book wasn’t for me and I did sadly DNF it fairly early on. The most difficult thing for me was the writing style! Understandably, we all have different styles and this didn’t flow for me.
My first impression was that the sentences were extremely short, and it read a little “stop, start, stop, start” for me. Here’s an example of what I mean: “I came here on vacation with my friends to have fun. This is our last night. I planned to spend it at my favorite place in town. I unlock the door and step inside. ”
I’m struggling to get into any kind of zone reading this book with the choppy sentence/writing style. The other thing making it difficult to create a flow is the very sequential sentences. The author is writing it like a step by step instruction, everything specifically detailed. For example (these were within 1-2 paragraphs of each other): “I turn off the water and wrap a towel around myself. I put my slippers on and walk back to my room, opening my suitcase and taking out some pajamas.”
“I switch off the phone, get up, and switch off the light.”
“I put on my clothes, sit on the bed, and open my phone.”
Winking 😬 I’ve read 27 pages and there’s been way too many winks so far in a single conversation. Also their dialogue feels a little off, she says at one point “oh my” like a debutante, it just doesn’t flow or feel realistic for a first meeting.
I liked the setting in the formula 1 world, maybe one day I’ll come back to this and finish the story.
Either way, not for me right now and that’s completely okay!

Easton kinda reminded me of how Carlos or Lewis are with their new F1 teams—confident, sharp and ready to make a mark. Stassie and Easton had such a beautiful and funny meet cute. They hit it off from the very first conversation. Stassie is a virtual assistant and a writer, and Anna absolutely nailed the F1 lingo throughout the book.
The spice leaned more on the fluffy side for me but I really enjoyed their friends with benefits kind of chemistry. And oh Nash and Ressa’s banter? Hilarious! 🤣 I couldn’t stop laughing. There’s a small miscommunication in the story but it felt necessary and worked well with the plot.
✨️ Tropes ✨️

I really liked how it all wrapped up in the end. This is my honest review of the ARC I received. Thank you, Anna, for the opportunity!
I had mixed feelings about this ARC, but I am going to give it 3 stars.
✅️Pros: I know nothing about Formula 1, and I felt the author included the sport in an accessible way for readers without knowledge. I think it was an appropriate length, and the story flowed well. Especially near the end, the two main characters had chemistry, and I did not feel that their intimate scenes were clunky at all at the end.
❌️Cons: I think this book would have been better as a singular POV rather than a duel POV. The inner monologues were lengthy, and I feel that more dialogue and less internal thinking would flow better. I did not connect with Easton when reading from his perspective at all. Also, I wish the career and writing hobby of Anastasia was explored more during the story.
🏁🏁🏁
I also took into consideration that this is an ARC and a new author. It was clearly a work created with care and love, and I feel that it showed.
It was not the book /for me/, but it's not a trope I seek out a lot. ☺️ I still enjoyed reading it.
I loved the story itself along with the Formula 1 racing aspect of the book and I especially loved that the FMC, Stassie is a writer who is writing a romance novel.
I really liked how she uses her time with Easton and the things they do together, etc as inspiration for her book and characters, that's pretty much how I wrote my own book.
One of my favorite parts was towards the end when Easton bought her the notebook that he saw she wanted as a gift, I thought that was a really sweet gesture by him.
One of my favorite quotes from "Lost In Circles" was this one from chapter 9;
“I was a six, maybe even a seven before I felt your fingers between my thighs. Now, I’m a twelve on the death scale if you don’t keep touching my body. The dead will be you, not me.”
Overall, this was a good book and I enjoyed reading it but there's a few areas where the sentences could be reworded to make them clearer so I'm rating it four stars instead of five.
*I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Wow wow wow. This book was even more interesting to me because I literally just got into formula 1 this year and I was able to understand the sport reading it compared to if i had read this before i had gotten into f1, i wouldn’t have understood ANYTHING.
absolutely loved loVED LOVED their banter 😭😭 I wish more of the book was in Easton’s pov and showed more of the sport. Stassie not being a fan of Easton at the beginning was 😚👌🏻 and all the spice 🤤🤤
they were both pretty up front about the way they felt, things they needed to do, and rules and then all of a sudden they weren’t talking about how they really felt about each other. the sudden miscommunication grope was a miss and easton not letting stassie explain— hnggg. i wasn’t team easton after that either. he didn’t grovel enough too—
but aside from that, this was my very first f1 romance book i read and i really enjoyed it. going to start my f1 romance book journey and am really excited!
I’m a 36-year-old woman reading about twenty-somethings dodging the “what are we?” talk like it’s a game of emotional dodgeball—and honestly, I felt like I needed a chaperone. The relationship drama had me rolling my eyes so hard I almost saw the inside of my skull.
Now, F1 racing? Not my thing. My knowledge begins and ends with “vroom vroom fast car.” But to its credit, the book didn’t make me feel like I needed a pit crew just to keep up. Still, I never really got emotionally invested. I didn’t feel the urge to stay up at 2 a.m. whisper-yelling, “Just kiss already!” or “OH NO THEY DIDN’T!” It was more like, “Eh, I’ll finish this later.”
Grammatical errors popped up like unexpected speed bumps—jarring, confusing, but ultimately survivable. I wouldn’t fault the book for it too harshly, but I did have to reread a few sentences like I was decoding a secret message from a mildly drunk friend.
Would I recommend this book as a post-book-hangover palate cleanser? Yes.
"They came from two different worlds but they had a similar passion".
Easton and Stassie meet by chance and end up spending a lot of time together un-exlusivly. They are both afraid of commitment with one another. However, they are both drawn together after meeting by chance one day. You can definitely feel the attraction and bond between Easton and Stassie develop as they spend more time together. You can tell that they are falling in love with each other.
As their story develops I found myself hoping for them to be together in the end!
"Damn, this man plays me like a violin and I don't want him to stop".
"Today, tomorrow, and always together".
Thank you, Anna Kobeleva for my ARC in exchange for my honest review.
Read if you love:

I want to say thank you to the author Anna Kobeleva for letting me read this book as an ARC.
You can really see how much work and dedication the author has put into this book. This was my first formula 1 book that I’ve read and I thoroughly enjoy that it wasn’t hard to understand the trope so I didn’t feel lost throughout the book .
This is really a 3.5 stars for me , there was times where I felt that a lot of the writing was stating the same point but written in different wording. I enjoyed stassies POV and would’ve loved to see more in depth analysis about her character. I enjoyed feeling the connection the main characters had with each other from the start , I was giggling when they’ first met lol 😂
Overall , I did enjoy this book and it I appreciate the work that the author put into this book.
ARC REVIEW: This book takes you on a journey through fate and Formula 1. You get to watch the characters go on this journey to learn more about themselves and what they thought they wanted out of life changes all because fate brought them together. Not to mention they have some pretty great people in their corners along the ride. Sometimes, you have to take a risk when fate brings you the opportunity of a lifetime. Anastasia and Easton learn that sometimes your comfort zone can be challenged when you have the right person by your side even if you may not understand it in it’s entirety. Easton is met with someone who shows him that letting go of the reigns isn’t always a bad thing. Anastasia is met with someone who challenges her to step out of her shell and be confident while challenging her to let loose and enjoy life outside her home country.

Easton and Stassie have an accidental meeting and she ends up telling him she’s his best friend's fan, not his. Well, since she is an F1 fan and he’s an F1 driver, they end up meeting again. Easton takes this chance to convince her to go on a date with him and they end up spending quite some time together. They both don’t do commitment for their own personal reasons, but they work so very well in bed. As they were falling in love with each other, I was falling in love with them.
I could not put this book down for the love of ANYTHING. I was hooked from the first chapter and nothing was gonna stop me from finding out what came next. This was my first F1 and Anna book, but I sure hope it won’t be the last. I really hope we get more books in this series…specifically one for Nash.
This was a fun, cute, and easy read. Thank you to the Author for sending me this ARC.
I went into this book blind, not reading what it was about, and knowing nothing about Formula 1. But I now feel like I’m a Formula 1 fan, definitely Easton and Nash’s fan 😉 The banter between the boys in this book is so fun! I want to be in their group of friends.
I feel like the buildup between Easton and Stassie was lacking chemistry in the beginning, it quickly turned to spice, some parts cringy (because I don’t love when spicy scenes are so wordy), and I really wanted there to be more connection between them before it got physical. But toward the end of the book they figured stuff out and communicated better.
⭐️ 3.5 🌶️ 3 First of all, I would like to thank the author for the opportunity to read this book. You can see how much effort and love she put into it. As a big Formula 1 fan, I was really looking forward to read this book. To understand/read the book, you don't need much Formula 1 knowledge, which I liked very much. All in all I enjoyed reading this book. I liked the main characters (most of the time) and also the places where the story plays. I´m a big fan of Anastasia and her behavior towards Easton but sometimes Easton got on my nerves. Once the two characters are together, there are many spicy and loving moments but in some way there's some missing chemistry. All in all I liked the book and can't wait for the next part! ☺️
This was my first racing romance book. I know a tiny bit about Formula 1 racing but I thought the author did a great job explaining racing life.
Lost in Circles is written as a dual point of view following Anastasia and Easton. I found it hard to really connect with Easton and his point of view. I felt like he was forcing Anastasia into a lot of things and not actually building a connection with her. I did enjoy reading Anastasia’s perspective. I did feel more connected to her but could have done without the long inner monologue each chapter.
I enjoyed this book. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t the greatest. This author has tons of potential and I can’t wait to see how her writing progresses!
Really love the way they meet and there journey to strangers into lovers. The characters where very intresting and made me want to know more about them, not only Anastasia and Easton but all of the other characters, like Ressa, Nash, Matteo I want to know so much more now. And i love the F1 world sorrounding, wish I had a little more of that, the races, some talks between the drivers, between strategist, a bit of everything, but liked they way we had the taste of the races, the follow up from both characters perspectives.
Overall it was a really good book and am really curious about what she will come up with next.
I received an ARC of this book and I absolutely devoured the book in one sitting. Anastasia and Easton’s chemistry was very well written and very heated sometimes which I loved. There were although some parts where I felt confused and offended but I think that comes with the territory when reading about women in sports. Easton was so caring and his POV about her were so deep and meaningful. Anastasia was a strong FMC and I loved that she stood her own and made her way. All in all the book is worth a read and I can’t wait for more books from the author. Thank you for trusting me with the ARC.
Lost in Circles was such a fun, super cute read! Diving into the world of Formula 1, a world I didn't know much about, was such a refreshing change. The chemistry between Easton and Anastasia was fun but I did wish for a bit more depth when it came to their relationship and backstory—it felt like the stakes were missing a little bit. I also wanted to see more of Anastasia’s career and her passion for writing, which I think would have added an interesting layer to the story. Overall, this book was written with so much love, and I’m so glad I got to experience it. Thank you to the author for such an enjoyable read!
Being a lifelong F1 fan it was so fun to dive into a Formula one romance. This book felt fun and lighthearted with some deep moments in between.
Stassie and Easton were a perfect match for one another, but their journey from complete strangers, to friendship to falling in love was crucial to get them where they ended up. They complimented each other well and were uplifting and supportive of one another.
I dove right into this world and I am hoping that more books come of it with all the side characters that were introduced. Thank you Anna for trusting me with this early copy. I truly enjoyed it.
A newish author on the scene that is developing her writing style. An opposites attract love story with all the warm and fuzzy feelings that have you wanting more. Anastasia and Easton meet unexpectedly whist he is on a break from his F1 racing. They find they are both drawn to each other and without realizing it more than a friendship blooms. If you like slow burn this is the book for you. A few dramas along the way and a lot of overthinking on both Easton Anastasia's part to finally admitting they do in fact have feelings towards each other is scintillating. A Love that deserves a HEA. A nice quick read that I think you will all enjoy.
It’s my first sports romance & I learned so much about formula 1, although I wish we knew more about Anastasia’s writing & character. I feel like we knew more about Easton and his career.
Although it was starting good in the beginning, it felt like it was lengthy towards the middle, took me a while, but once I was almost done and they had that little incident I stayed up to read it all the way through. I enjoyed this!
Thank you Anna for making me read your arc! I can see how much work you’ve put in this book & considering you’re a new author also! 🥰
Stassie is a young woman who knows what she wants, most of the time. However, when she meets Formula 1 driver Easton she is given the opportunity to see life from a different perspective. As they meander through their budding attraction they try to find out how they will fit into one anothers lives. But when tempers flare and push comes to shove will they be able to communicate effectively and work through their issues?
This was an interesting story, I have read football, hockey, and baseball romances but this was my first racing romance. So thank you Anna for this fun and quirky story.
such a cute quick summer read! I’m not an f1 girly, but I liked it for my first foray into the universe. I enjoyed the characters and the traveling for races, but wish there was more developed deeper romantic attraction between Anastasia and Easton. The third act conflict that occurs is one of my least favorite ones too, but overall, still a fun and enjoyable read 🤭
🗣️ My favorite quote: Easton: “I love kissing you, and this is only the second time I’ve done it” Anastasia: “I’m irresistible.” Easton: “I’m not going to argue with you”
