Oh this has taken me far too long to read. But that's because even though it's a small book, it's packed with useful info, and you'll want to have a think about some of it.

This is very much an entry point, and the text refers you to numerous other sources (potentially opening something of a rabbit hole). I suspect I'll refer back to this quite a bit in the near future.

Helpful for framing my seemingly disparate research interests into a question.
