A fierce protector. A forbidden attraction. An unstoppable love.
Raxon
I've faced countless dangers as a Leonid warrior, but nothing could have prepared me for the moment I lay eyes on a human female trapped in a cage. The instant I see her, a fierce protectiveness surges through me, followed by an undeniable attraction. I try to deny these feelings, to focus on the mission at hand, but I know deep down that I will stop at nothing to keep her safe in a galaxy that seeks to exploit her.
Sutton
Abducted from Earth and thrown into a world I never knew existed, I'm terrified and alone. That is until a massive, lion-like creature appears, promising to rescue me. He is unlike anyone I've ever met, with his fierce strength and piercing amber eyes. As he frees me from my cage, I feel an instant connection, a sense of safety I can't explain. But can I trust him when everything I've ever known has been turned upside down?
Can Raxon keep Sutton safe from the dangers that lurk in every corner of the galaxy, and will their undeniable attraction grow into something more as they navigate the stars together?
Protected by the Alien Warrior is a standalone instalove novella and part of the My Monster, My Protector series. This steamy sci-fi romance features an intimidating and furry alien warrior, a strong, resilient heroine, and a sizzling HEA.
“Would it be the slavering monster of my darkest imaginings, or some holy savior sent to deliver me from this purgatory?”
Raxon has one of the best qualifications imaginable for going after illegal slaving ships and bringing them to justice— he was once held inside those cages and knows what those captives are going through as they pray someone like him will come along.
Sutton is a human learning more than she ever wanted to about the unknown Universe beyond Earth. Tossed into a cage, surrounded by alien beings, unable to tell if they are fellow sentients or dinner, she is doing her best to keep her wits, and navigate this truly alien situation.
This done in one story explores trust, first impressions, instincts, and the power of word choice and language, not to mention friendship. Life without a good friend, who has your back even when things are crazy, would sure be boring.
The last few chapters were ridiculously repetitive and honestly pissed me off. I suspect it was either at least partially written by ai or someone dared the author to include blaze/blazed a million times. Their souls blazed blazingly in a blaze of dazzling flames while they blazingly pondered what awaits them in that endless night blah blah blah. I was hoping they'd just get blown up and save me from additional pages.

Interesting. I must admit it was a little hard reading. I guess it was because of the different type of Alien in the book. It's kind of amazing how these authors come up with all kinds of different types. But then again there's a big universe out there, it must have all kinds of Aliens inhabiting the far and distant planets
