I have a past.

We all can’t be proud of who we were and what we did when we were younger.
I just never thought my past would cause all kinds of problems.
Growing up in Rosewood, I knew everything there was to know about Eugene James.
He’s been my best friend since kindergarten.
So, I think nothing of it when I’m forced to spend time with my best friend because of my ex-husband. Eugene and I always had awesome fun together, even if I was the level-headed normal one and Eugene was the hypochondriac who needed an Epi-Pen just to walk outside.
For years, Eugene had his life in the club, while I was a full-time mom and the owner of Sugar’s Creamery. I didn’t want or need anymore complications.
Besides, the two of us couldn’t be further apart if we tried.
However, spending so much time with him, I learn that my best friend has been keeping a BIG secret from me. One that could change everything.
I always knew too much of a good thing was a recipe for trouble, because now I was starting to believe that just maybe there was something more to our friendship.
ENIGMA:
Everything was changing.
Everywhere I looked, brothers were getting married, women were getting pregnant and popping out little Bettys like moles in a garden.
Cameron was right.
There are too many Bettys in this club.
With Scribe’s wedding around the corner, three club brothers’ due home from deliveries and my sister adopting a kid, I can’t catch a break when King orders me to protect my best friend.
I only have one problem with that order.
I’ve been secretly keeping something from my best friend for years.
Yeah… I should have known secrets don’t stay secret for long.
When the truth comes out, it opens up a new can of worms nobody could have foreseen.
And when old rumors reemerge, they cause a whole new set of problems and at the core is the one person I only want to protect.

Love how the club sticks together
This book had me flipping pages to see what would happen next. Poor Sugar has been through He||. Enigma her best friend has loved since they were 6.
Enigma is the strength for Sugar to be able to get through everything she endures. He's always been there and always will.
Love how the club comes together to get the person who is doing all the damage.
And OMG what about that bomb shell at the end of the book about Priest. I just know his book is going to be great.

Awesome Must Read
All I can, say is "You Did It Again," another Fantastic read. I 💓 this book and series. I can't wait , for the next one. I reading, this book twice, already. 💓 Sugar and Enigma.
This book has so much wonderful loveable characters, unpredictable, Like " WHAT!!", MC, people calling her "Whore of Rosewood" , Rumors spread fast, back characters from the N.O. MC, Yes, can't wait for Ghost story now😂😂, Cameron what he get up to and get done (watch out King, he coming, one day😂😂), ex coming back( to get here) need protection, you think you got it figure out (but you don't) shocker about Sugar past with one of the MC brothers, best friends since childhood, protects her, her boys and the club, single mom, people ruining her reputation for years, she finally get her backbone and let loose, " H**" YES", funny moments, well written, poor pee boy😂😂, never a dull moments, small town , small town gossips, action pact , try to protect her( anyway he can), abuse, MC (even the Ladies)sticking together, the end. Funny and So Much More.
I Totally Recommend, this book and series, also her other books. This is Definitely, A Must Book and Series. You will Definitely, Not Be Disappointed!!! Trust me , You will be So Hooked. 💓💓 it. Definitely, Can't Wait, for the next book!!

about time
Enigma and Sugar have been best friends since kindergarten and he’s been in love with her ever since. He stood by her side ( not literally) when she had a thing with his friend, when she married another man, he looked after her when she was beaten by him . It was he who held her hand when she gave birth and her husband didn’t show up and by her side when she was hospitalised after her ex nearly beat her to death.
He was with her all through school, secretly loving her, remained her friend when she spent time with a couple of his club brothers but she never saw him as anything but her best friend. The man worshipped the ground she walked on but could never see herself as someone anyone would want for more than a good time. She heard the gossip about herself, her self worth already on the ground from the DV and verbal abuse her ex husband dished out, like most DV survivors there’s that voice that says you are not worth the time and love of people.
The whole club sees her as family but she really thinks that put up with her because she’s claudia’s and Enigma’s best friend . If breaks your heart to know she feels that low.
Every knows Martha Cohen is the source of all the nasty things said about her but why?
Things come to a head when ex husband is realised early from prison due to overcrowding and he’s back to finish the job

Small towns
Rebecca Joyce continues to give us an amazing story with the sons of hell mc with Enigma and Sugar's story.
Small towns are lovely but are vicious with rumors. Enigma and Sugar especially suffered from such rumors.
Enigma, was in love with his best friend Sugar but can he show her she is worthy of love. The story gives us a mystery to solve and can Sugar finally stand up for herself. With the Mc behind her and Enigma love let's say the results are mind blowing.
I have to say the main characters of each book are great but a big shout out to the author for giving this reader Cameron. This 6 year old steals the show. So funny .

Amazing
Enigma and sugar have been best friends their whole life's enigma has loved sugar for as long as he can remember but is firmly in the friend zone but will do whatever it takes to make her happy and safe when sugar ex and the town with the help of someone who has made sugar life hell he has to to step up and be the man that will protect her with the help of his club and family he helps put sugar past to bed and claims his women and make her see that she is worthy of love and him
This book is yet again written amazing and has you laughing at not just the antics of the men and women but the children there is action drama suspense humour and realising self worth

I love the lightness of these stories in comparison to the other series Rebecca Joyce writes. Not to say that the Son's of Hell stories coast over the surface because they don't they are deep but there is a lightness and gentleness to them that makes them easy to read and love. Enigma is no exception to this. Eugene (enigma) and Sugar are an awesome couple they have been best friends forever and Enigma has been in love with Sugar forever.
This is their story and there is a lot of stuff going on. Love these stories can't wait for more.

I love the Son's of Hell series, just seems a little disjointed when you put it in with the whole Golden Skull chronological series. It will have a mention of another character from a different series, or there will be a short section pertaining to previous books or the next one. The other off shoot series are very interconnected, this one is just slightly connected. I'm wondering if it will all come together at the end of the big series, that you are just getting introduced to the main players so the ending will make sense.

Great story!!
This is the sixth book in this phenomenal series and it is Eugene and Sugars story.
This is a well written story which is action packed with found family, friendships, emotions, humour, witty banter, challenges, hilarious antics, loyalty, twists and turns, undeniable chemistry, camaraderie, and unconditional love, which all leads to an entertaining, and unpredictable addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whoose work i highly recommended.

Enigma and Sugar had been best friends since childhood but Enigma felt far more for her, he watched over and protected best he could, but will revealing his true feelings risk what they had? Especially when she's been having a hard time with another ruining her reputation for years, he will do anything to protect her and the club. Engaging story, softer side than the GSMC series. Enigma is sweet in his devotion to Sugar, steamy scenes, action drama and more.

I loved this story! Sugar and Enigma had such a sweet relationship that spanned from childhood to adulthood.
Enigma, I thought was hilarious with his hypochondria. Poor bee-boy 😢. He truly loved Sugar and stood by her throughout everything she went through. It was just heartbreaking that Sugar had to endure all of that negativity because of someone who was 🍑hurt. But when she finally stood up for herself…I was raising my ✊You Go Girl!!!! Glad to see that they got their HEA.

Really good story kept me gripped to the end and not to fluffy
Enigma and sugar go way back best friend since childhood it’s a rocking road to get to where they can be happy
Loved the ending which opens up a whole new story
And Cameron for me is the star of the book I love this kid and hope he stays around and stirs up more trouble

As usual Rebecca has out did herself. This latest book was just as awesome as all of her books are. Love the fact that Enigma was best friends but wasnt afraid to admit his true feelings which gained him the girl of his dreams. Keep putting out these awesome books as you have a reader for life here.

Rebecca Joyce did it again. How can you have so much thought in one book. OMG
Eugene and Sugar have been best friends since kindergarten. Eugene know that he cannot lose Shuga. He almost lost her once to her abusive ex, he can't loose her again. Can Sugar overcome all the hurt in her past and all the nasty things the town spreads about her to just be.
It was such a great read.

Love Bee boy
I loved this book but I love all the books in this series. I love how they are all connected somehow.
Love Sugar and Enigma. They are such a great couple.

Blockbuster
I soooo want more from this author. I get her books and don't ever put them down till I finish them. They are phenomenal. She just drags you into the story and keeps you there the whole time. This is a must read for all MC lovers. All her books are.

It's the quite and somewhat reserved ones you have to worry about what is going on under the surface. Enigma is one heck of a guy and Sugar. Rebecca this series just keeps getting better and better. Cannot wait for the next book.

I love all the couples and the things they go thru. Shrug and Enigma being friends from 6 years old, just made their story even more special! Love the couples but I Think Cameron is my favorite character! Definitely more than 5 stars!

5/5 the woman can write. The twist and turns and the plot twist at the end then you put all the banter between everyone and Cameron that boy deserves an award. The book keeps you hooked and now I need Priest book cause that is gonna be good🖤

This was an awesome read. Enigma and sugar are best friends to lovers. Abuse. Torment. A sadistic person bent on revenge. So much intense emotions and intrigue. This another exceptional book by Rebecca.

This author is one of the best writers I’ve read, Rebecca has a way with words and weaving an incredible tale together, taking you into the story and making you feel as though you are a part of their lives. Enigma was such a story, a must read. I absolutely loved Enigma and Sugar’s story ❤️❤️❤️ Best friends for life, he was always in the background, watching Sugar live a life she didn’t deserve. A few laughs and a couple of uncovered secrets later I 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎 A definite page turner 💜

Loved this book! Enigma and Sugar have been best friends since childhood. Can he risk losing his best friend by telling her how he really feels? YES! Yes he should and he does. I loved how he has been quietly taking care of her all along. When Enigma finds out someone has been dragging her name and reputation through the mud for years, and then that someone also comes after the Sons, all hell breaks loose in a hilarious way after one hungry little buddy lets loose in a town meeting. And a surprise at the end. Everything I've come to expect and look forward to from Rebecca Joyce in this series. Definitely another 5 star read1

So many twists and turns, you can't keep up with what will happen next or "who done it". Finally, Sugar and Enigma have their HEA but not before taking care of the past!
Watch out for the "Old Ladies" they are devious and not scared of a bully!
Cameron finally gets some more "manly man" and all I'll say is sit back and get ready to laugh, laugh, laugh!

I loved this story! Enigma and Sugar are childhood friends. The back and forth banter between them is great! Enigma is a hypocondriac who is also allergic to bugs. There are some hilarious moments in this story. Enigma has been in love with Sugar since they were kids and has always been the one to come in and help Sugar, whether she wants the help or not. It takes some work but they get their HEA! I can't wait to see what comes next for the club!
