Oh gosh. Okay so while reading this, I was actually freaking out because the things I've learned are actually happening right now to me and maybe to other people I know. This is motivating me to change. Stress is often seen as a tiny problem that can be cure easily but IT IS NOT. It can lead to disasters that you might not even know. That is what this book is telling its readers. I feel totally scared/motivated. With God's help, I pray to be better
Useful. It deepened my insight on the causes of stress. Though not so much based on the Bible, actually. However, I still thank the author for the try and prayer. Dr. Colbert has a heart for the things of God and this was a step on my way to freedom from stress.
