Insightful, practical and transformative

This book is a must-read for anyone who is seeking to support themselves or others in stepping into a bigger version of themselves that is more compassionate, confident, courageous, peaceful, (insert any quality you want to bring forth in your life). It has just the right amount of theory with practical guides to support awareness. I honestly believe if more people understood who they think they are and then dis-identified just a bit, our world would turn a little more towards love. This is in my top 3 leadership and development books of all time.
