Natasha and Pierre are cousins who immediately went to Québec to help their friend, Alexis, solve a crime. Alexis claimed that he saw Olivier, his neighbour, strangle a lady so he asked his Aunt to call the cops, but they found no corpse in his house. That's when he decided to call Nat and Pierre to help him because he really wanna solve it to impress some girl.
Upon arriving in Québec, Natasha and Pierre met Olivier and they saw that the lady, Arielle, that Alexis saw he strangled is nonetheless alive. They were just practicing a theatre piece cause they are both comedians. They practiced all night long and early morning, Pierre saw her leave his house and when the dusk came, a news alerted these three adolescents: Arielle is missing!
What happened to her? Read the book to find out!
Okay, so if you're someone who speak moderate French, I highly recommend this book for it is easy to understand and lots of vocabulary you'd wanna bear in mind. It is well-written and Chrystine Brouillet, the author, was really talented for she made me follow all those decoding stuff that the heros did. I really, undeniably but surprisingly enjoyed this one!
