I love a foraging book with personality that is obviously written by people who know what they’re talking about. Read this cover to cover in a sitting, ha!
This is really a wonderful book! I went through it and marked lots of places where there were items that I could use in my book. Lots of ideas for things that a herbalist could use. Recipes, and how to tell if something is ripe, how to prepare it, what to do with all kinds of plants. Just excellent. Thanks to the lovely Sheena at the little bookstore in Stromness in Orkney for pointing it out to me!
