Great story set in one of my favorite MC worlds! A really quick read with tons of action and lots of chemistry between the two MCs. The story is a slow burn due to the circumstances of their relationship, but still paced well. I can’t wait to read Kyle’s book!

A bit underwhelming. Did not feel very romantic and the plot was not centered around the club. Literally only 2 chapters of them being a couple, so I wish it was a little longer.

The relationship between Kyle and Sutton is one of immediate attraction but Sutton is Rafe’s girlfriend, a position Sutton believes is temporary then gone. Kyle struggles to keep his distance but working side by side pushes Sutton to take charge of everyone’s future. The $ex scenes are limited but intimate and passionate.
There is a large ensemble cast of familiar, colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters including several members of the Evil Dead MC: Billy, TJ, Rafe, Marcus, Reckless, as well as the OG. We are introduced to Joselyn Silver, and several social media influencers.

This is a dark romance. It will contain triggers for some readers. You will want to check those before diving into this book.
This is the story of Sutton and Kyle. These two have met before and from the moment Kyle laid his eyes on Sutton he was interested. However, his twin brother Rafe took her from him, so to speak. As time has past he has had to watch these two together. Watching the woman you are falling for with your twin is gut wrenching. But when his brother asks him for a favor he finds himself working side by side with her. Kyle is a busy guy though as he operates a super successful food truck but being around Sutton all the time is pure torture.However as times goes by they fight their attraction and Sutton is terrified to come between the two brothers and lose them both. You also have matters happening with the club. They have a unalived lawyer on their hands and his wife is convinced that he was murdered. Now they have to track down who could be responsible. You get to see a lot of characters from the previous books if you have been reading this series and I always love when that happens. This was a good read. Easy to read and follow and with not as much drama and twists and turns as you sometimes love to see in a MC read. I did however like reading it.

My favorite!!
Every time I read a book in this series I swear each one is my favorite. This book is no exception. I loved Kyle's story. He is in love with Sutton; but Sutton is his brother Rafe's girl. It doesn't matter that Kyle saw her first and felt an instant connection with her, he stepped back for Rafe's sake. Kyle feels guilty n because he brother was shot and he wasn't there with him. So he is giving in on anything his brother wants, his brother knows this and is taking advantage. Against his better judgement he hires Sutton to work in his food truck. This puts them in close proximity day after day. Sutton knows that Race is not the one for her, she has feelings for Kyle but she believes he is not interested. This book is a page turner and I could not put it down. There is angst and as always in a motorcycle club romance, there is a threat. You can always expect some spice from a Nicole James story and she does it so well. There is a happily ever after. I cannot wait to get the next book in.this series.

This is a well written story which is a slow burn, with family, friendships, forced proximity, forbidden romance, acceptance, suspense, intrigue, a love triangle, obsession, undeniable chemistry, making choices, secrets, guilt, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to entertaining, and heartwarming addictive page turner.

Kyle and Sutton meet when he is out with his brothers. He shows interest but then his brother, Rafe, makes a play for her and he backs off. Several months have passed and now he has to see Sutton and Rafe together all of the time. When Rafe asks if Sutton can work his food truck with him he is reluctant. Rafe, as usual, doesn't take no for an answer and so Kyle and Sutton spend a lot of time togther. I was not a fan of Rafe and felt he should have stopped taking advantage of Kyle. He knew he was interested and yet was selfish in keeping Sutton around. Sutton also needed to go for what she wanted and most of the book I was annoyed with all of them. I will say that I did like how Sutton got Kyle to go for his dream. I also liked how he continued to moe forward with his dream with the help of everyone else.

That’s when this pretty girl catch’s his eye the next thing he knows she is coming over to say hi they invite her to tag along. But before Kyle can make a move his brother does and the girl ends up with him. But there is that pull he has to ignore because you just don’t fall in love with your brothers girl but thing through them together and it gets harder to ignore. Then one day it comes to blows and Sutton know she has to leave she can’t come between brothers. But Kyle looks for her everywhere because he loves her. So enjoy the read and see all that happens and if they get a HEA!!

Amazing! I've volunteered to review this book for United Indie Book Blog. This is Kyle and Sutton's story. Kyle is Sins of the Father is book 6 in the Evil Dead MC Second Generation series. Kyle is in love with Sutton; but Sutton is his brother Rafe's girl. The attraction between Kyle and Sutton is slow burn. It was love at first sight for Kyle and Sutton but like any good love story the path to happiness is never smooth. Since Kyle feels guilty about Rafe accident, he seems to always give in to him. He backs out of going for Sutton even though he’s very much interested. It's a MUST READ!!!! You WILL need to get this book to find out what happens to them. Keep up the amazing work!

Fate has a funny face not what I thought it to be!!
My brother was my best friend he was hurt on my watch , everyone said it wasn't my fault but I couldn't make myself believe that. When she came into our lives I should have been the one to step up but I didn't and my brother did, noe I am paying the price , fate plays a part in our lives just not the way I thought!! This book and story is very good and well written, the characters are amazing and I believe you will fall in love with them as I did.

KYLE: Sins of the Father is book 6 in the Evil Dead MC Second Generation series written by the talented author Nicole James. This is Kyle and Sutton’s intricate story. I was looking forward to read how Nicole was going to write about this love triangle between Kyle, Sutton, and Rafe and OH Boy, the author didn't disappoint. This is a stand alone story but I truly insist that you read books 1-5 before, so you get a better understanding of each character. Another one of the must read books in the series!!!

The sequel tension between these two is hot, but Kyle won't go there she us his brother's girl.
When they work together to make the food trucks success Sutton can't stop her feelings for Kyle any longer. She leaves to make things easier but realizes she belongs with Kyle. Finally they get together.
I was a little worried about the whole brothers girl and it felt wrong.
I have to say Nicole told this story in a way you wanted Kyle and Sutton together.

Kyle and his twin brother Rafe met Sutton and both are taken with her. Kyle gives in to Rafe dating Sutton. He has strong feelings for her but due to past circumstances doesn't want to act on it. He ends up working closely with Sutton after his brother Rafe asks him for a favor. The attraction between Kyle and Sutton is slow burn. Sutton is afraid of coming between the brothers so she tries to hide her feelings. A good read.

Still Loving the Evil Dead !
I started this series with Outlaw, the first book in the Evil Dead series, and my very first foray into the bad boys of MC romance books. I fell in love with the Evil Dead, and with the fabulous Nicole James books. I've read each one and have to say this author never disappoints her readers. I loved Kyle and Sutton. Their story pulled me in and kept me on edge til the end. Long live the Evil Dead. I can't wait for Rafe's book.

This book was amazing as always. I love, love this series. Kyle has so much love for his brother, family and the MC. This book was so good I couldn't put it down I started this morning and fiinished it the same night. I didn't want to put it down. So if you haven't already read it I say WHAT ARE YOU WAITING ON pick it up and get started it is well worth it. I can't wait for the next book

I couldn't be happier with the events that led to Kyle and Sutton building a life together. There was so much happening in their story and I loved every minute of it. I'm so happy Kyle and Rafe were able to get their issues out in the open and get back to the brothers they were and stepping up and telling his brother to go after Sutton. I can't wait to see more of these two and to see Race find the love of his life.

Giving Her Up
He wanted her, but stepped aside to allow his brother to have her and now he is regretting it. He does his best to avoid her but she is everywhere. Thrown together, he knows that she is the one. Great book
Kyle and Sutton were made for each other but Kyle lets his brother, Rafe, sweep Sutton away. He lets Face win at everything because of the guilt Kyle carries around. Kyle has a food truck that is starting to take off and he needs help. Rage volunteers Sutton to work the food truck with Kyle. Wow if that isn't playing with fire, I don't know what is.

I love this series from the first book and it just gets better. Kyle saw Sutton and fell in love but his twin brother Rafe was first to swoop in. Kyle feels guilty that his brother was shot and will do anything for him. Kyle runs a food truck and Rafe ask him if he would he would hire Sutton. See what happens with these two.

I love NJ's writing, but this story was lacking a bit for me. For one they are just friends for most of the book. I also found it kind of icky knowing she'd been with his brother first. I really wanted more time with them together. However I love seeing all the gang and enjoyed that aspect of it.

loved it !!
Really enjoyed Kyle and Sutton book . It took time for them to figure out that Kyle’s twin wasn’t who Sutton wanted. I love reading about all of the Evil Dead and see how they’ve done over the years .And now the second generation are as wild as their fathers.

Loving the second generation of this MC!! There is so much going on in this story so be sure you have your day clear so you can hang on to every word. Kyle & Rafe go through a lot. I was happy to see them work everything out. Definitely a 5 star read!!

I have enjoyed his series but this book was jus ok. I really liked both characters but they were more in a friend zone for 95% of the book. It had great potential but the book kept them in the friend zone

This was a little bit shorter read, a little tamer than the others. But I enjoyed the sweetness in it. There was still drama lol and some action, but I loved the simple love story between Kyle and Sutton. Kyle is such a great hero.
