Circles : Drive your own Circle

Rate this book
The motive behind the concept of “circles” revolves around the idea that your life, your
thoughts, feelings, decisions, and habits have a pattern, the way it
follows and that pattern is a circle. This book talks about how our thoughts, feelings, and
behaviors form an interdependent circle, but they hold the potential to create their
own independent circles too, not only that but it also emphasizes how focusing on
your thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors can bring an immense change in an
individual’s life. With every circle, it reminds us how an individual should take a
proactive approach toward life and can change, transform, and shift their
circles of life with conscious and consistent efforts.
The content in the book is supported by the basic concepts of psychology, scientific
researches and other self-help books.

Often times it's important to come back to the place where you started a journey- Circles by Khadija Faisal is a well-written reminder of what started me on my path to understanding my own mental health. Typically, books on practical psychology target a very specific niche, but I really appreciated how generous I can be with who I would recommend this to: anyone with thoughts and a brain.

In an approachable series of essays, Khadija's genuine writing brings concepts of practical psychology out of the shadows and makes them easy to understand for all. As an introduction to how our thoughts and brain work together, I would highly recommend this quick read to anyone who struggles with routines or just wants a gentle nudge into the right way of approaching their mental health.

Pov: A happy and a satisfied reader
The book is definitely recommended to all the fellow readers, the book is what we all need to hear, we all sometimes know what we should do but still that knock from somebody or that reminder helps us do it!! The same way this book emphasizes our life, depicting it as circles, and all other aspects as a circle within a circle. The writer explained the importance of the hold, charge one should have on their life and their decisions.
The writer remarkably explained different aspects of our life for us to understand that we are the drivers of our circles and only we can do it.
It's a must read for everyone who's on a journey called life!! As a reader I'm grateful that the writer brought this book, wrote this book for everyone who's finding their ways.

Such an insightful read! It felt as though the book was speaking directly to me, giving voice to thoughts and emotions I didn’t even realize I needed to confront. The author, by using the division of chapters, gently untangles the knots we often don’t know how to loosen ourselves. A thought-provoking and therapeutic read.

I’m more than happy to recommend this book to anyone even to those who aren’t frequent readers because it manages to say so much with so few words. A quick read with a lasting impact.

P.S.: The final chapter left a lasting impression. One I’m still holding onto and don’t think will ever leave my mind.
