Reeling in the Alien #2

Luring the Alien: A SciFi Alien Romance

Rate this book
Vikul, the sinfully delicious alien who tries to steal my vacation and claim my heart.
When a hulky purple alien sweeps me off the beach, my vacation is over and I don't have to worry whether others are looking at my chubbier body anymore.

He tells me I'm destined to be his mate, a claim so unexpected it leaves me breathless. Except he has never asked me about any of that.

Every inch of my body is electric with anticipation as he gazes at me with eyes full of passion and with his strong arms around me, telling me I'm perfect with my curves. Does he truly desire me, or is this just some otherworldly game?

Luring the Alien is the second book in the Reeling in the Alien series. A sweet, steamy, first-contact sci-fi alien romance that is hot enough to bring summer home. Each book can be read standalone, but more fun to read from the beginning to the end.

This is book 2 and i loved this one just as much as the first and I wish they would come down and take me away. Galena is a human female on vacation and is sunbathing on the beach but she feels everyone is watching her because she is curvy that all the others but unbeknown to her she is being watched. Vikul is an alien male waiting to go through a portal and comes to Earth while he waits but he doesn’t have permission to land so he scans the area and ends up down on the beach where a gorgeous human female is sunning herself and he is drawn to her above all others and he decides to take his mate with him and so he kidnaps her and when she wakes up and there is a sexy purple alien male looking at her with lust in his eyes and she is drawn to him as well but will it be enough to keep her with him forever. Loved this book and wished it was happening to me.

This short, good engaging story is about Vikul who is bored flying in space while waiting for the portal to open, decides to kill his time by visiting Earth. Checking it up, Vikul sees the warning not to land but decides against it. Scanning he finds humans laying on the beach but is drawn to a woman on her phone. Galene is on vacation sunning herself on the beach when she falls asleep. When she wakes up Galene finds herself abducted by Vikul. What occurs afterwards was an enjoyable steamy alien romance with likable characters in an engaging storyline that I received a copy and volunteer to read and review.

This was a fun alien abduction romance and it showcases how communication can cause problems...or lead to an HEA ;D Galene did not expect to get kidnapped from the beach while on vacay and Vikul certainly didn't expect to find his mate whilst breaking some rules about visiting Earth to deal with boredom. These two had fab chemistry and their lack of clear communication led to some funny inner thoughts. I giggled away as I read this story, finding it very entertaining :D

Vikul is a purple skinned alien who is traveling between portals. The distance between portals is long and he is getting bored. He decides to stop by Earth to human people watch and ends up near a beach. He sees Galene sitting by herself and is fascinated by her. He knows that she is his mate and decides to take her with him. Too bad he didn't ask her first.

Decent

This was not the best Alina Riley story I’ve read. It was a decent story with Galene the kidnapped human and Vikul, the alien that stole her away to be his mate. I don’t know if it was the flow of the story or what but it just wasn’t as exciting as I know her books to be.

Good alien read

The characters are great. Fun to read and visualization. This is a nice short book read in one sitting. Recomend for romance.
