This thrilling eco-odyssey challenges us to consider the impact of our choices on the planet, proving that one person's courage can echo across the world.
"A Sense of Renewal" is not just a story; it's a wake-up call.
The premise behind this book is a decent one but it really needs a lot more work to make it an enjoyable read. The opening of the story implies the gods can't interfere with man's free will but the gods make everything of substance happen during the story. There is no clear reason for the gods to need a human ambassador to accomplish something they could have more easily and quickly done themselves.
We are asked to believe that the bad guys of the story are truly evil and one dimensional but then believe they change their ways at the first difficulty they face.
The story has a lot of dialogue but it comes across sounding forced and unrealistic.
Lastly, the version I had still needs some editing. There were a few added or missing words that result in sentences that don't make sense.
I think the book could be good with me work and a good editor.
