Although this was for filmmakers, I used this as a craft book to better my thriller writing. There were some great nuggets here.

I've always been a Hitchcock fan.

He was never afraid to explore fucked up things.

If I had a Creativity family tree, Poe would be my father, Toni Morrison my mother, and Hitchcock would be one of many creepy uncles.

The author broke down several of Hitchcock's movies and discussed why the scene worked.

The book was a screaming good time!
