While there's certainly some good info in here it's all based on what type of business you want to establish and copyrights/royalties. It's also an incredibly short read as it only took me maybe 2 hours total to read. It seems a bit dated too, only mentioning streaming platforms in one section. We all know streaming dominates the industry now days. I felt there should have been more information on the topic. Also the author plugs her agency multiple times throughout the book. So it starts to seem like more of advertisement. I suspect this book was probably written as content for their webpage and then turned into a book. I don't know....I expected more. I'm hoping the 2nd book has more useful information for artists today.
