Eyelash pulling uses the same concept as hair pulling (Amy Foxwell's other books) people may think that it's a different disorder or concept but in fact it is the same. Anxiety and stress leads to eye lash pulling, hair pulling, and even skin picking. Having read most other books related to this disorder by Amy, the treatment is mostly the same and can be dealt with accordingly. The author writes these books as a person whom has had hands on experience with these disorders and having combated them through these same techniques, teaches us to do the same.

It was good for somebody who knows absolutely nothing about the book and for people who don’t understand why their loved one pulls on their hair. However, I didn’t feel the book personally help me. Nothing in the book that I haven’t seen online or was able to read about online.
