Jorgen Peter Muller was famous author & gymnastics educator from Denmark who won 134 prizes in various athletic and sport disciplines. His most popular book was "My System" focus on bodyweight and isometric exercises that one can do at his own home.
Muller's book "My System" has been a huge success and a bestseller translated to 24 languages and published in 1904. This system is outlined in eighteen exercises explained in the book along with Muller's philosophy of health lifestyle and longevity.

A very early home workout book (with some of the earliest renditions of pushups and situps, before those even had names!). Some good advice, some silly stuff, and I suspect still generally useful for a lot of people
Terrible book, don’t waste your money poorly presented and looks like someone just snapped pictures of original. Not even clearly. A disgrace to true readers.
