“You will not touch me until I ask you to, Catherine,” he growled, a gleam of anger in his eyes. Cat was a bit taken aback, and her ego was bruised.
“Fine,” she pouted, letting her hand drop back to her side. Suddenly Knox’s hands were on her body and Cat felt herself being flipped over to her stomach. Before she knew what was happening, a firm hand came down hard on her bottom. “Oh!” she gasped in surprise as Knox struck her. She felt a burning sensation from where his hand had met her soft skin and knew that the area was turning from pale peach to a bright angry red. Knox’s voice cut through the pain.
“You will not speak to me until I tell you to, do you understand?” He said. The words would’ve sounded ridiculous if he wasn’t being so serious. Instead, when mixed with the pain, they sounded intimidating.
“Yes,” Cat whispered her voice barely audible.
“Yes, Master,” Knox corrected her.
“Yes, Master,” she said, her breath now coming in quick shallow gulps. Her backside was still stinging when he flipped her back over.
