Jeremy's never been one for drama. But that's all his life has been about lately.Jessica, Jade, Jade, Jessica, neither, both, neither....It's time for him to make a choice.Unfortunately, when he does, the REAL drama is going to start.
Francine Paula Pascal was an American author best known for her Sweet Valley series of young adult novels. Sweet Valley High, the backbone of the collection, was made into a television series, which led to several spin-offs, including The Unicorn Club and Sweet Valley University. Although most of these books were published in the 1980s and 1990s, they remained so popular that several titles were re-released decades later.
When I was finishing up high school, this book was published. It's fair to say that Jessica Wakefield and Jeremy Aames were probably the first OTP I ever had, book-wise at least. I hadn't ever really cheered for couples in books before, but I fell for these two. Their relationship had so many twists and turns, but it was clear they were absolutely meant to be together. Jeremy was happier around Jessica - and Jessica was a better version of herself around Jeremy. When this book brought their relationship back in full force and they reunited, I'd never been happier with any other book, or so it seemed. This couple - and this book - will always, always have a special place in my heart.
I've borrowed this book from a public library in Brisbane sometime years ago, but finally bought it from Betty, Malaysia. The whole seven Sweet Valley books arrived last afternoon. Yay.
I like the cover of this book. I like how Jessica is being so generous by wishing Jeremy happiness with Jade, although she loves him too.
Not so good parts on Liz's act of avoiding Evan, whom she kissed the day before at the homecoming dance. Hmmm.
Love the ending. Jeremy and Jess get back together with Jade's help.

I can't believe I read every one of these books but this one is worth it because Jessica and Jeremy FINALLY get back together! This storyline was helped in that I imagined Jeremy as looking like Paul Rudd in Clueless (which kind of makes everything better!)
