A Good Basic PCOS Lifestyle Source

This book is a good source to start a healthy lifestyle for managing PCOS. I really liked how the recipes, though simple, are easy to use. I also like that there is information on why many of the ingredients are chosen and how they help with PCOS. I also like that it has some options for gluten-free and dairy free dietary restrictions.

This book had so many recipes! It described what PCOS is and the symptoms. The recipes, exercises included help with managing symptoms.
