What an inspirational, uplifting and brutally honest book! As a long time member of the stoma club, I can identify with a lot of what Adele talks about, but I got mine for a different reason. She tells her story in a friendly, chatty style which is very easy to read. Her journey is an incredible achievement, and shows just what can be done if you put your mind to it. I wish I had an ounce of her energy!
