In this story from the Hooey Higgins series, Twig is sad that he isn't getting any certificates so Hooey creates his own awards to try and get one awarded to Twig. It doesn't quite go as you would predict, but how it does end up is really funny. Great book. Really do like all the Hooey Higgins books by Steve Voake.
