Some interesting ideas for people who want to develop strength without size.

A fairly comprehensive overview including how fast to perform exercises, how much rest to take between exercises, total body vs isolation exercises, to take protein in the "window of opportunity" or not, and so on.

I am working out with "Henry Higgins Strength Course" from around 1900s (one of Bill Hinbern's superstrengthtraining projects) and was pleased to see the training protocols Logan talks about in Deceptive Strength are incorporated into the course.
