Michelle is the Owner and Publisher of a small town community newspaper in Blythewood, South Carolina, which publishes twice a month. She has been writing human interest articles about people and events within the community, as well as articles covering local businesses since 2007.
Writing has always been her passion. Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2003 from The University of South Carolina. In 2002, she was the recipient of the Maximillian LaBorde Outstanding Junior Scholarship, and in 2003 she was the recipient of the McDuffie Outstanding Senior Award.
Michelle was born in Norfolk, Virginia, but grew up in the small town of Blythewood, South Carolina.
Michelle and her husband, Stacy, currently reside in the small town of Elgin, South Carolina, and are parents to four children and grandparents to three grandchildren.
