Jennifer and her daughter seek refuge at the Twisted Reapers MC after she leaves her abusive husband. The burden of her dark secrets is weighing heavily on her shoulders. One of which she can never reveal concerning her daughter.
Twisted Reapers MC is an elite band of brothers consisting of ex military and seals that are now paid government assassins.

[1.5 star] overall, book was still okay but kinda short and lack character background details.
also, even though the male model on the cover is pretty hot, it kind of doesn't really match with the book. i mean the hero is in a motorcycle club but the male on the cover seems to be a guy that is gracing the front page of vouge or GQ magazine 😄

The blurb says this about Flash "I’m a fighter by day and take my pick of the ladies at night. I thought my life was perfect – I was wrong.". As a member of the Twisted Reaper, Flash loves all the single women and they love him, too. He can't imagine why his brothers are marrying and giving all of that up, even the hardest one of all, Ryder, King of the Twisted Reapers, when he saw Ashton.
As soon as Jennifer came to them with her daughter, Flash immediately knew she was the one. However, Ryder warned him to stay away because she came to them for protection and he didn't want anyone to pressure her.
Flash always obeyed an order and stayed away from Jennifer after a second warning. For two weeks, he stayed away and couldn't be with any of the single women. Everyone saw the attraction they both felt.
However Jennifer was still keeping secrets. Ashton, Ryder's wife intervened and told Flash to talk with Ryder again. Ashton was the only one who could make Ryder understood. Flash and Jennifer got together and she slowly revealed her secrets.
When trouble came for her in the form of her husband, the Reapers stepped up and resolved her problems. Yes, they got their HEA.
There is a bonus Twisted Reapers novella, Country Girl", the story of Tyson. It was interesting enough to be a separate book, just too short.

Someone needs to gain her trust as they will only be able to help her & save her daughter if they get to the bottom of what she is hiding. Will Flash pull it off or will he lose his heart in the process? Jennifer is terrified. Her husband knows her secret & wants her daughter. She has developed feelings for Jet but is scared to let anyone in for fear of the truth coming out & losing her daughter forever.

What an excellent series this has been. It even has a bonus short story tucked at the end of the book. Which was also excellent. Jennifer has a daughter to protect from her husband. He is a rich man with a lot of connections, so she is being kept safe by the Reapers. Flash wants her, but knows she's out of bounds, Ryder has said so, but he wants her badly and would risk anything, even the wrath of his president for her. Hate it when an excellent series comes to an end, don't know what to read next. But it seems this Author has even thought of that, pointing towards connected book. Think I'm gonna go for it

Double happiness
Flash, I had looked forward to reading Flash and Jennifer's story, and let me tell you I wad not disappointed. The story was like pealing an onion, layer after layer came off, and then when I thought I had figured out what Jennifer's secret was then Stella Andrews had another twist to add. Loved that both Flash and Jennifer were perfectly imperfect, and Ashton, Ryder and the rest of the MC family got to play a big part in this book too.
Country Girl, were Tyson and Sunny's story, Normally I am not a big fan of 2nd chance romance, but Country Girl got me turning pages ...great little novella

I struggled rating this book. On the surface Flash and Jennifer's book should have been great. The premise of the plot line could have been so much better developed into a full blown novel with intrigue and suspense. Sadly, that just didn't happen. There was very little character development, which was once again a disappointment. Overall this felt like the author just quickly bashed out a book for Flash.
What made this book worth reading was the novella for Tyson. Although also a short read, it was so much more interesting than the previous one.

Stella Andrews weaves her stories so effortlessly it seems. All the characters work so well together. As you read each story you get past glimpses of people that make you want to go back and reread about them. Jennifer needs someone to help her pick up the pieces, to help her mend. I love all the women of Twisted Reaper, they are all strong, opinionated and as hot as their men. Everyone needs a Flash. Hot, sexy and protective.

Brilliant
What can you say two Twisted Reaper stories in one book what a bonus, two bad boys finding their forever women. Flash and Tyson are both hard ex military guys both in the Reapers to continue working for their Country in a different way helping rid the world of the scum of the earth they work hard and play hard but when they fall nothing gets in their way and they are so loyal to their women nothing will ever hurt them. This is another great read in this series who can't love these hard men and their women.

Great series
First book with Flash was great. I would have loved for him to end Garrison quickly rather than leaving him in the pit because it left unfinished business at the end. Country Girl is quick and beautiful. Enjoyed this series.

Jennifer is Ashton's friend and she has been running from her husband to keep her daughter Imogen safe. The Reapers help her and Flash immediately feels a connection with her. I absolutely love their story and Stella always gives us the greatest characters and stories.

Really enjoying this series. This was two novellas but still complete stories. Good to read some different plots with Alfa males and women who realise their true strength and worth. Also half the plot is not taken up by push and pull which is a big plus for me. On to the next book .
