As cold as Frost, as sharp as a Thorn, as vicious as a Storm.
With the clock ticking down on the chance to save her mate from Evolet’s magic draining clutches, there’s only so much that Rory can do to protect those whom she loves. Crispin is right by her side, fighting to protect his family and the freedom of the Fae, when a new foe that threatens it all looms on the horizon.
A coronation, a wedding, and a new alliance are all teetering in both Kingdoms as tensions rise and fighting sides build. With every day, more Fae are being found, restarting the legacy of a once great race, and a new King to rule over them all. But can the two sovereigns keep the realms united under a banner of peace? Or will they lose it all to the Lord across the Sea?
King Cierian holds the delicate balance of the new world in one hand and disruptive forces in another. Men who seek the realm to return to the old ways, the ways of Oberon. How long can he continue to do both while the fate of the Fae and Human treaty hangs in the balance?

I literally ate this book up in less than 2 days. It immediately picks up where Thorn left off. This series has had my full attention from the beginning, not able to put it down. If you like fantasy, magic, enemies to lovers, spice, and epic banter, you need to read this series! Her endings are epic, and you get a sneak peak into the next book, which makes you not want to put it down. This series will always have a place on my heart!
I was absolutely NOT prepared for the cliffhanger this was left on. The development of all of the characters was phenomenal and E.D. Lee truly loves to cause emotional damage...in a good way. 😂
I don't even have words. So much happens from the very first chapter, down to the last sentence. Fantastic read. Lots of spice, lots of sass. These characters are great and they all continue to grow as the series continues.
This series is beginning to make me wonder if King Oberone's ghost is possessing people, be there is no way there can be this many villians in such a small country. Here's to hoping everyone gets the HEA in the last book.
Storm picks up immediately where Thorn left off and E.D. Lee wastes no time choosing violence. The character development is SO good, the banter is sharp, the tension is delicious, and the spice + sass absolutely hit! Watching these characters continue to grow is easily my favorite part of this series.
That said, the pacing was off for me at times. There was a bit too much filler, and it took me longer than I would’ve liked to finish because it slowed the momentum.
Still, the magic, enemies-to-lovers energy, and that emotionally devastating cliffhanger delivered!
