If you are a coach of Lacrosse for levels of High School and above and you don't have the benefit of a strength and conditioning coach on staff this book would be for you. It provides the reader with an understanding of strength movements required for the sport. Giving both anatomical and biomechanical information for the reader. It's also provides a sample year round cycle of the aformentioned level for both men and women. Each is broken down into off-season, preseason, in season and post season cycles. The book itself is written by coaches and medical individual from the field of Strength and Conditioning who have worked or played at the college level and above.
