The Thyroid Solution Diet is a text that outlines all the current information that is available on issues with the thyroid. An increasing number of persons have been diagnosed with thyroid issues in the last few years and as such various solutions are being sought to alleviate the symptoms of the condition. Quite a number of texts have been published on the topic as well. This text is a compilation of numerous texts. It not only explains what the thyroid is but it goes in depth as to the various methods, medical and otherwise that can help the situation. It is an asset for any individual that wants to learn more about thyroid issues be it for their own benefit or for others who they may know that are afflicted with the condition. It is something that can be treated and not many know how to go about it.
Mentions studies all the time but doesn't cite a single one. Full of spelling errors.
I knew going into this that I was going to read it with some skepticism since it says it's a natural treatment to thyroid problems and hypothyroidism and that if things were that easy we would all have healthy thyroids. BUT this also completely focuses on losing weight.
The chapters leading up to the actual information about minerals were extremely repetitive and pretty useless. Could've summarized it into one chapter and then gotten to the point.
He is also just summarizing what a doctor wrote in their own book called the thyroid solution diet.
I was hoping for a list of foods that are either good or bad for the thyroid whether it was backed by science or not. Couldn't hurt to read. But this definitely is not it.
This is a great, brief book explaining the main key points of thyroid problems and diseases and how to live better with thyroid problems. This book is great with helping people understand what the thyroid does for the body and how to keep a healthy lifestyle set up for people who suffer from thyroid problems and have trouble losing weight. There are some grammatical and spelling errors but easy to read and understand.
I received this book for free during a promo, to provide an honest and unbiased review.
Nothing new or very ground breaking here. This was more like the author just copied a bunch of information he googhled about Thyroid disorders and the general accepted diets. Waste of time. Sorry but true.
