A long lost Lycan finds herself in danger and clashes with her bodyguard Adoptee Stella Lennon's quiet, sheltered life is turned upside down when the truth of her parentage comes out—not only is the long lost sister of rock star Devon Hale, but she's also a Lycan, a Supernatural being who can turn into a wolf. But her proximity to Devon and her true nature has put her life in danger, and so her new brother insists that she have a bodyguard. Cliff Forrest was an over six-and-a-half feet of muscle and brawn, a solid wall keeping her safe, but just as cold and impenetrable. Yet, she couldn't help but feel drawn to the broody and gruff Lycan.

However, one wrong decision and the betrayal of the woman he loves leaves his world shattered and he loses everything. He wants to protect her from danger, but at the same time, possess her and slake his growing lust with her sweet body.
As danger surrounds Stella, can Cliff keep her safe while controlling his own desires? Can Stella stay alive and keep her heart from being broken by the one man she wants?
Find out by reading this passionate, fated mates paranormal romance.
I love this series and all of them that came before it. The author is one I always recommend to anyone that wants to read paranormal romance. The story has so many sweet moments. With a woman like Stella you automatically wish she was your BFF. Cliff is the type of male that wants love but because of the pain of his past he has troubles trusting any woman. He is a tough guy but all sweet in the middle. The danger builds and we find out some interesting twists. The heat level gets a little hot.
So is their a story coming about Stella's twin & the Boston Alpha threat? I'm thinking there should be. I'd also love some updates on the other True Mates.
Lone Wolf Generations fans, brace yourselves for another rollercoaster ride of intensity, romance, and unexpected twists with Saving Stella! This entry in the series doesn’t disappoint, weaving a slow-burning romance with an array of emotions that will keep you hooked from start to finish.
The romance between Stella and Cliff, while a bit slow to build, is wonderfully layered and authentic. Stella, though shy and somewhat naive, blossoms in Cliff's presence, and their relationship feels like a sweet, albeit brief, escape from the chaos around them. Cliff’s deep connection to Stella is palpable, and as a fighter both physically and emotionally, he’s determined to claim her heart—even if it's a battle he knows he’s destined to lose. Their dynamic is electric, with each scene between them adding layers of depth to their growing bond.
The drama surrounding the lost siblings storyline from the previous book is expertly handled, and the resolution is satisfying. But while the romance comes to a satisfying conclusion, there’s a longing for just a little more—especially with Cliff's unresolved business at the gaming board. As a reader, I couldn't help but crave that final moment of closure for him, a chance to clear his conscience and tie up that loose end.
However, not everything is crystal clear—particularly the subplot with Tyler, which felt a bit out of place. I was left wondering what purpose it ultimately served in the larger narrative.
Overall, this is a fantastic addition to the Lone Wolf Generations series, packed with drama, heartache, and twists that will leave you on the edge of your seat. While it may not provide all the answers, it certainly offers a compelling and entertaining read. Fans of the series, and lovers of romance with plenty of tension, will definitely find this book hard to put down!
Stella always knew she was adopted. Little did she know that she was the long lost sister of world famous pop star Devon Hale. She is also a Lycan and has a missing twin sister somewhere out there. Getting to know Devon comes with its own complications, including one very broody Lycan bodyguard called Cliff. Her scent drives him wild, his inner wolf recognises her as his mate, but Cliff has been burned before and is determined not to take the chance again. Stella doesn’t know what it is to be Lycan and is not aware Cliff is her true mate. When Stella gets herself in trouble, Cliff can’t help but become her protector, but can he admit that he is also her one true mate? Read Stella’s story as she navigates her new life, acknowledges her inner Lycan and tries to gain her mate. The story was a bit slow in places. At times I just wanted Cliff to man up and claim his mate. With plenty of drama, and twists you won’t see coming this makes for a good, interesting addition to the Lone Wolf Generations series.
I really enjoyed this story! It pulled me in from beginning to end. Stella was adopted and had no idea that she was a lycan and had siblings, a brother and sister. She is in for a very different world, very quickly and has to try and come up to speed. Her brother thinks she needs a bodyguard and so in comes Cliff. I enjoyed how these two got to know each other and built their relationship with all the things going on. Stella is in danger and Cliff wants to protect her but he is also trying to keep distance between them since he was hurt and betrayed by his ex. This story flowed well and it kept things moving and interesting. I really enjoyed it and love getting this second generation though they can be read as standalones. Hope there are more coming. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
I enjoyed this heartwarming and entertaining next story. We have a nice, if slow, brewing romance, which resolves a bit quickly. Probably due to this being a shorter book. Stella was super sweet, I put that down to her upbringing. I thought Cliff was a bit too bogged in the past for too long. I loved the lost siblings story continued from the previous book and how that has turned out. It was nice having Devon and Charley play a big part. But I just wanted that bit more. I especially wanted Cliff to go to the gaming board and explain what had happened, to clear his conscience if nothing else. I wanted closure on that front. Not quite sure what the Tyler situation was supposed to be about. This is my honest review of this book which I read through kindle unlimited.
I love this series. Yes, reading about the grown children of characters I fell in love with when they were approximately the same age, makes me feel old. Still, I love it. Cliff and Stella made a great couple. Although Stella was shy and a bit naive, she never shied away from Cliff. He seemed to bring out the best in her. Cliff has always been a fighter. When it came to his feelings for Stella, he knew it was a fight he would lose. Before they can explore their relationship, Cliff needs to find the danger following Stella. Another great read from Ms. Montgomery. This is my voluntary opinion of an advanced copy I received.
Saving Stella: Lone Wolf Generations Book 4 is stella and Cliff story.. She was adopted when she was a baby not knowing who she really is until her long lost brother found her and none other than the mr rock star himself Devon Hale not only that that she have a twin sister but when someone tried to kidnapped her her brother put someone to protect her specially when she found out that shes not a regular gal but a supernatural..Enter Cliff a Former MMA champ and her fated mate whos their to love and protect her..An intense, interesting, engaging, with angst, action, steam and romance..
I really enjoy this world. Cliff and Stella, while I am sure Cliff would deny it, are sweet. Don't fet me wrong there are some smexy times but Stella has a small town girl feel to her even if she lives in Las Vegas. Cliff may think of himself as hardened by the world but it doesn't come out in how he treats her. The mystery of Stella and Devon's parents heats up and I am really excited for where I am hoping it goes in the next book!
Saving Stella: Lone Wolf Generations Book 4 by Alicia Montgomery. Stella is a school teacher and an adoptee. One day she found out she the sister of Devon Hale, she had a twin sister and she was a wolf shifter. Once she had taken in what she had been told she made a video to try and find her sister. This led to her being kidnapped so her brother sent Cliff as her body guard and he turns out to be her fated mate.
Another enjoyable read at just barely over 200 pages. Which is probably because the main characters actually communicate and are, for the most part, emotionally available and or in tune with themselves. Ever so slightly more kinky than the others, but in that "I'm too dark for her, she'll never see me the same again" but it's just hard/fast plus some hair pulling and or biting. Solid 2/2.5 chilies in my book.
This fast paced romance is heartwarming and emotional. The story connects with A Song for Charley and sees Devon find his sisters. Stella and Cliff try hard to stay away from each other but they can't fight the chemistry and eventually they give in. Their one night together is steamy and of course they are true mates.
Stella's small town honesty meets Cliff's more worldly jadedness in this cute and sexy story of true mates. Stella's world turns upside down when she discovers her past and experiences what it means to be a part of an extended family. But it's not all fun and games when who she is related to has enemies of their own.
I’ll start by saying I alway love a lost sibling book. This book was funny and called to the heart. I love Stella. She is funny and strong and has strong values. This book flows well and keeps your attention. It really makes it hard to put down. I highly recommend reading this book!
Such a sweet story.Stella grew up thinking she was an ordinary person, adopted an on her own.Her parents were very loving and loved her dearly.Out of nowhere comes her brother, then she finds out she is a twin. The characters in this story were great.Thumbs up to the author, your books are always great.
Another great story by Alicia Montgomery! Book four of Lone Wolf Generations give us Stella and Cliff's story. I was hooked right from the start and couldn't out it down until the end. Stella and Cliff have great Chemistry and there is plenty of action. I can't wait to start reading. The next book
Stella’s life is upended when she discovers she has a brother and a sister. Cliff is definitely not looking for love but when fate throws him together with Stella because of her new found family, danger and attraction go hand in hand. Likeable characters and a delightful quick read.
Following Cliff and Stella through their frenemies romance has been exciting. Who was trying to kidnap Stella? Would she and Cliff finally give in to their attraction? I couldn’t put his book down, fast paced with plenty of action. Loved it.
Love the mate series.Always intense, fun, angst and romance, twists. Stella and Cliff are great together Like seeing the other mates again. Enjoy the story. Voluntarily reviewed.
I love reading her books they always make me feel good and I can’t wait for the next book and I am hoping that she gets back to the Blackstone Dragons.
